With all the beautiful things Slovenia has to offer, its national disgrace is the airline Adria. Even if it’s owned by foreign investors, it’s an abomination that the country allows it to be operated the way it is. Crazy high prices and more delays than my girlfriend and I can count. This airline needs to go bankrupt so something better can take its place!

Do not recommend. Was flying from Lju to Waw on the aircraft probably from the Second World War. There are even ashtrays in the armrests!

Personal service overcame flight cancellation. While my flight was cancelled without explanation, they gave me nearly 24 hours notice and after two other airlines failed to help me (or even really try) Adria stepped up and got me on a new flight. Special thanks to Miha and Alenka in customer service who helped me negotiate a difficult situation.

Horrible customer service, if your flight is canceled or delayed guess what wait another day to go on your flight because who cares about you,rot in the airport , you wont get compensation anyway because youre not legible for it! ever! Every other airline is always ready to help customers in need and help them out, this airline just closes off all contacts till the problem passes and then reopens.Horrible. Dont book with this Airline, no wonder its considdered one of the worst ones.

It takes really long to get a reply when submitting a complaint. It looks like they only care about selling. Customer care for a complaining customer is non-existent. I registered a complaint because my flight was delayed for over 3 hours, which means that by the latest EU directive I am entitled to a compensation. Right now is a 4th week since complaint and the only thing I got was a computer generated reply. I did not find any way to follow up on the complaint via email. Unfortunately they have the only acceptable connection for my frequent travels, otherwise I would fly with a different airline.

Great aircraft, friendly staff, however the prices are too steep for what you get in the end (only a drink of water free of charge, even on longer flights).

Having an Adria flight, on behalf of Lufthansa, from Bucharest to Munich was a good experience. The flight attendants were nice and well trained. Waiting for a Lufthansa flight, I was prepared to receive crackers, as I was served crackers for all my flights by Lufthansa.Having such low expectations, receiving a sandwich was an unexpected good event. A good sandwich, when the flight had a 30 minutes delay.

Hello,I want to file a complaint regarding todays flight. To start, let me give you a summary:- I have booked a DIRECT flight from Brussels to Ljubljana,Departs at 09h50 and arrival at 11h30- Without my consent, you have rescheduled this flight to 40 min earlier, 09h10, and you made it a 1 stop flight, to pick up some passengers in Munich. I HAVE PAID FOR A NON STOP FLIGHT. Very unacceptable....- To make this even better, the flight from 09h10 was delayed for 3 hours, leaving at 12h00, and arriving to Ljubljana at 16h.That is a total delay of 4h30, where I had to stop in Munich. I have lost a lot of time, money and nerves, as I had an important business meeting in Ljubljana, which has caused me a loss of job and money.I want to ask you, what will you do with this matter? I hope to receive a positive answer from you, if not, I will file an official complain through a law firm.RegardsLuka Vertel
