Wine Erneic

My husband and I came to Slovenia for our honeymoon. We had two incredible weeks in the country, but out of everything the story we keep telling our friends to demonstrate the incredible wine, food, and beauty not only of the landscape, but especially the people, is the story of our tasting at Wine Erneic. We were so welcomed and treated as friends. It’s incredible wine in an extraordinary setting and our favorite experience overall. I’d give them 100 stars if I could! We could not recommend a tasting there more highly!! They prepared the most incredible charcuterie that they make and cure themselves in the cellar, so much interesting and inviting wine, and the hospitality is above all. We felt like friends. Their son played some songs on the accordion for us and the whole evening was truly magical! Thank you so much!!!

We had an unforgettable wine tasting at Wine Erneic. We tried several unique and delicious wines, and learned a lot about the wine in the process from the very knowledgeable owner and maker Primoz. Erika also served homemade polenta and an amazing spread of local food, and their son played traditional Slovenian songs on the accordion. We were welcomed like old friends and we’ll remember the night forever. Make this a stop on your trip!

Beautiful family run winery. The tasting had an authentic and awesome atmosphere. The variety of local snacks as well as the wines were excellent. If you want to get in touch with locals and avoid tourist traps, a tasting at wine Erneic is highly recommended.

We had the best evening at Wine Erneic! Not only was the wine fantastic but the family who run the vineyard serve lovely food and are incredibly warm and happy to chat for as long as you would like. I couldn’t recommend this enough to anyone who is staying in the Vipava valley area. It’s an experience not to be missed!

Amazing wine tasting! Primoz and his family are very welcoming on their beautiful land. They will tell you everything about their wines and ofcourse you get to taste a nice selection of them. Also the local food served was great. In case we might be around again, we will definitely drop by once more. Thanks for a great evening!

We had an amazing experience at the vineyard of this beautiful family. The wine tasting was perfect. We tried many different wines and the owners explain everything very passionate.
