Free Campground 'Emberbarn'
We found this camping place by accident, and it turned out to be the best we we had found in Slovenia. Lenart is a very nice host, and the place is just amazing. We stayed up in the barn, and had a great swim in the river.

Super nice and lovely family hosting us. There's a river to wash and grass / a barn to sleep at in your tent / camper. It's all you need for free :)

Free Campground 'Emberbarn'
As promised - it's free and the owner is an actual professional blacksmith. There's no toilet or shower but there's a barn in which you can sleep and a very helpful owner. Don't hesitate to visit this place, you won't regret it.

Nice experience! We didn't meet the host in person (arrived late and left early this morning) but he allowed us also to park our Camper in front of the barn. Super nice. Thank you!!

We spent a night in the barn while doing the West Loop" bikepacking route two weeks ago.The place turned out to be an amazing discovery! Lenart is very friendly and welcoming and I was even able to buy a handmade knife from him upon request.Since you won't be charged for your stay
