Very good customer service! We found ourself in trouble as the car we originally had rented from another company could not be driven in Italy. On very short notice we got a brand new car with a full tank, and were able to park the «old» car there while we were in Italy. Very helpful!

Attention scam: when you dont take their extra insurance (which they will offer to you at different prices!!) the credit card for the deposit is declined. When you take the extra insurance with the lower deposit they take another POS terminal and magically it works.Be careful with child seat, they are in very bad conditions, ours had a faulty seatbelt, very dangerous!!!

Tako kot spodnji uporabnik Chris. Preverjajo avto za vsak detajl, nato sledi presenečenje. Silijo, da vzameš dodatno zavarovanje, čeprav jim nlepo poveš, da ga ne želiš. Kartica za depozit blokirana za cel mesec, pa ti ob prevzemu tega nihče en pove in se zgovarja, da si moraš brati drobni tisk. Avto je bil sicer nov, ampak v precej izmučenem stanju, sklopka zelo visoka. Bencina je bilo notri ob prevzemu le 1/8. Če niso sposobni slediti povpraševanju, naj zmajšajo obseg poslovanja. resno za premislit naslednjč, ne nasedajte samo ceni, ampak dajte 20€ več in boste dobili kvaliteto pri npr Avisu, Budgetu, s katerimi imam odlične izkušnje.

Great staff and service. You were given the option on arrival to waiver full responsibility in case of an accident for a reasonable fee. However, we had taken full insurance, but, a good option if we hadn’t. Easy drop off. The team walked around the BMW when we arrived, marking out all the dents and scratches already. We also videod it too. Drop off was easy, we had an early flight, so parked up and dropped off in the key box. Really simple. Highly recommend this company. Mrs Franklin
