Nice restaurant and bar at the top with fantastic views of the surrounding city. Really enjoyed the outdoor seating area which allows you to walk 360 around the rooftop.

Amazing, historical, must visit place in Ljubljana with great 360° views.It consists of a cafe on the rooftop, a glass windows lounge serving spirits, and a restaurant. All the places have different working hours that need to be checked before visiting. The rooftop is easy to drop in.However, the place needed better maintenance in terms of organization and cleaning.The building itself is a historic monument. it's the 1st ever Slovenia skyscraper built in 1931, even if it has only 10 floors.

No tickets needed. It’s not a restaurant but more a pub/cocktail bar. There are only toasts tou can order (they are good but it’s toasts). Nice drinks and selection of the alcohols.Great great and again great views but that’s all. It’s a very old and first in the country skyscraper:)Go for drinks and views but that’s all.But really - the brows and 360 view is just great here recommend :)

Awesome place to view the whole city and its many church towers! Polite staff, comfy seats and protected from sun/rain/wind. Free to visit, use the elevator and press the top floor. Also has a toilet that is free to use.

Brilliant example of the art déco architecture in Ljubljana. A skyscraper in the style of modernism. Lift inside. On the top floor there is a cafe and a view of the entire city.

I met the most unfriendly waitress here in Ljubljana (during our stay in Ljubljana so far).The view is super nice and the fresh air is amazing though.The drink is quite pricey and not really spectacular.Asia is still the most friendly continent in the world. Asian rocks!

Fabulous place to visit when in Ljubljana..On a beautiful clear sunny day, the views of the city below are amazing and is a great photo opportunity..We were there in the morning and the breakfast menu was excellent and really reasonably priced..Would say it's a must do" when visiting Ljubljana.."

If you want a nice view to Ljubljana, city and surrounding, Neboticnik Skyscraper is perfect for that. You can enjoy a superb panorama with an cocktail,or an coffee and a tasty cake. The elevator is working and everything seems quite clean.

The entrance to the 'skyscraper' are the large doors on Štefanova ulica. We went up to have a drink and take a photo of the views but 1) it was extremely windy so wasn't much fun being outside and 2) the waitress didn't come and take our order anyway so we left after 10 minutes without getting a drink. We also thought we saw someone mention there were milkshakes available but we couldn't see them on the pricey menu.

Nice bar on the 12th floor with panoramic views of Ljubljana. Just a shame the waitress didn’t offer me my change & assumed I was going to leave a 30% tip! I’d recommend paying card!
