We were a group of twelve persons comprising three families travelling with around 20 bags weighing up to 23 kilos plus 12 bags weighing up to 8 kilos apart from other personal items. Our group being Asian vegetarian, had a strict food requirement whereby we didn't consume egg, fish, meat, beef, pork etc. We had booked a 20 seater Mercedes coach for 13 days starting from 06 May 2023 for staying in 3 Schengen countries viz. Austria, Croatia, Slovenia and touring in two additional countries viz. Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina.Coach/ Bus and Agency service: Coach was very luxurious having a microphone, music system and video screen. Coach had very efficient cooling/ heating and light were perfect. Coach had a dim lighting too. Windows with adequate curtains and tint. Overall, the coach was beyond our expectations. As requested, TuamV managed our excursion bookings for Plitvice Lake National Park and Postojna Caves. Booking experience for the coach/ bus rental with driver was too good. Agency promptly provided complete details along with other travel assistance. They were kind to accommodate our entire requirements and also offered us other travel assistance/ guidance such as mobile phone SIM, stay bookings, excursion bookings, trip planning etc. Agency is thoroughly professional. Agency provided us pickup and drop for shopping excursions without charging us additionally. Agency provided us with Roro ferry (watercraft carrying passengers and vehicles) service while travelling to Porto Montenegro (Tivat, Montenegro) to cut the travel duration without any additional cost to us. Throughout the 13 days trip, we were always picked up at decided specific time. Coach was maintained clean. Exemplary service was provided to us.Drivers: Agency provided us two drivers having accurate etiquette. We had a everlasting experience with Marko who was driving the coach for 11 days through the trip. He was enormously sincere and offered unusual and unexpected assistance and convenience to our group on multiple occasions. We were pampered by Marko throughout the trip. He used to independently unload and load several baggage and ensure our quick check-in in various hotels. He spoke to hotels in advance to inform them about our probable check-in time and procedure for check-in in case of self check-in. He suggested us restaurants as per our requirements and ensured that we were served the desired food. He had prior conversations with restaurants to ensure we were served the food as per our requirements. Marko ensured that we were not disturbed and alighted from bus for border controls. He managed border control by himself with no interference to our group members. He truly pampered us as a family member. However, for 2 days, we toured with driver Grega. He was highly informative and shared his insight for various current news and data pertaining to European countries including Slovenia. We had outstanding experience with both the drivers. Koszt w czerwcu 2023 to 18 euro za osobę. Łódź odpływa jak zbierze się 20 osób. Płaci się w drodze powrotnej gotówką. Czas płynięcia 20 minut w jedna stronę. Na wyspie spędza się 45 minut. Obejście wyspy do około zajmuje 8-10 minut.

Polomija. Zadnjih 3x ko sem se peljal na kratko opisanih z besedami zaposlenih: 1. Zavore bi ze zdavnaj morale biti zamenjane, a je nadrejenim vseeno. 2. 3 prsti so vse kaj spostujem. Vse ostalo se naj raje umakne. Tretji in zadnji incident, ki je vbistvu pripeljal do tega review-a. Ko sem omenil karticno placilo me je gospod balkanskega porekla (nikakor ne rasisticno mislieno, da ne bo pomote, vendar je relevantno) zelel dobesedno izmalicit. Ko sem omenil kartico se je gospod vstal iz avta in pritekel do mojih vrat, me potegnil ven in zelel “razbit”. Hvala bogu sem uspel pobegnit in se ni zgodilo nic drasticnega. Vsem bodocim strankam toplo priporocam, da se izogneuo cammeu.
