As always you have to look for employees, which are usually nowhere to be found. The employees usually are also not very knowledgeable about their products and their language skills are subpar. I am in the process of learning Croatian but I also speak 5 languages quite fluently (Dutch, English, German, French and Afrikaans) but none of the employees were particularly fluent in any of them.

I've experienced both good and bad at Bauhaus. Several electrical items had to be returned as faulty within the first year. Other purchases have been better, such as ironmongery, hand tools, and paint . Basically, they have a huge range of items under one roof and thats important...

Bit more expensive than other similar shops, but quality is ok. Return policy is better than average. Had good experience with their customer service when I bought something I cannot use either because of my fault (lack of knowledge) or theirs (bad product).
