We were extremely disappointed with this service. As a tourist do not recommend it to transfer to/from airport within short-term-notice.After registration we were asked to contact the company to sign the contract. We called the number given and were told there was no problem with the situation: that we just needed to go to the Avantcar office located at the airport and sign the membership contract. It would have been great IF it had worked.Instead we were told on spot that they can not see my registration information on the system yet and they don’t know when it will be visible - maybe in three or maybe in 10 hours, they said.We felt super mislead, because the advertisements make Avant2Go look as an easy way to just download the app and go. Furthermore the process also requires a payment to be made before you get to know that it is in fact impossible to fastly rent a car this way.The contract file sent later on by email and a request to print and scan it is also not a way to manage “an intuitive system” in these days. Especially if the email is answered 7 hours later. Everything should by standard be digital and automatic. A photo of the drivers license and a digital contract are NOT impossible to implement in 2022.The system would maybe be good but we will no longer be able to use it since we would only have needed it this one day, which resulted in upset and money-loss.
