Bled Home

The hosts are wonderful people. They made sure we could get the key from the neighbours since they were out when we arrived, but they swung by and are very correct and to the point on the business end.Then the apartment was equipped with some coffee when we walked in, which makes you feel more welcome than a place that's stripped empty. The apartment is very cozy, well equipped in general.The owners are super sympathetic folks that deliver what they promise, but are genuinely nice on top. The father plays a mean game of table tennis, and he even took the time to give my partner some pointers on stance and technique.There's the smell of grapes around the place, and the scenery is gorgeous. The beds are comfortable, and the price very reasonable.One point of caution for those that want to cook in the apartment: The ceramic stovetop is either scorching hot, or nothing happens. I couldn't really cook on it without burning my stuff, but then I'm used to induction or gas. I guess if you're used to ceramics you know what to expect. :)Regardless: great place. I'll surely return.

Very warm welcome, very clean and enough place (giant living room), just 20 min to walk to the centre of Bled with its beautiful church in the middle of the lake. Perfect apartment can't wait to visit Bled Home again! :)
