Good solid bike with plenty of power. We rode 4+ hours, 40+ miles and still had half of the battery remaining. Helmets provided in addition to bike lock. Only thing not provide are storage on the bike for personal items while riding. Bring your own backpack. Staff very polite and helpful. Shop was open until 8pm - great for a long afternoon.

Nice place to rent quality eBikes. But you won’t get locks and you should ensure that you will get the right bikes that you really want to rent.We made bookings on-site day before where we tested two Haibike e-trekking bikes. We booked full-day (9:00 - 19:00) exactly certain bikes which size were right for us. Full-day rental price was 45€ per eBike.Next day when we arrived to the eBike rental place we noticed that all bikes were available to everyone even our pre-booked bikes. We got very lucky and got similar bikes, because our bikes were offered to persons before us but they wanted to have different bikes.You can get helmets also if you want. But they don’t have any locks. This makes your cycling day challenging because you can’t guard your bike on old towns narrow streets or another attractions.

The bikes looked brand new but there was a major discrepancy between prices on the website and on site (the representative informed me directly that prices on the website are outdated) - 20 euro on 2 bikes per day is a lot of money. To sum up, I do not like to be fooled so I decided not to use the services. If you run a website, please make sure that it is up to date.

Odlična ekipa, top kolesa.Sploh pa pohvala Andreju. Predrla se mi je zračnice, drugo kolo so pripeljali v pol ure.

Odlična e-kolesa s super dosegom (po 80km še približno 50% baterije). Kolesa so praktično nova.Zelo prijazni zaposleni.Zelo priporočam.

We rented two bikes for one and a half day. The bikes were in perfect condition, the staff was very helpful. The guy recommended us good routes and gave useful tips. The Haibike with the Yamaha engine is a good option to the Bosch systems! And... Thank you for trusting us, because we didn't have the ID's or any documents. We will come back.
