idealRENT Rent a Car

We had arranged to collect the car on an evening but Dejan had to attend to another customer with a breakdown so he couldn't meet us then. Instead he delivered the car to our accommodation the next morning and gave us a free upgrade. The car was clean and reliable. During our trip we decided to drop off the car at a different location in a different country to make our onward journey easier. Dejan agreed to this and made suggestions of the route to take. His colleague met us at the train station and the drop off was very efficient. I would hire from this company again.

We arrived at the Venice airport with a car rental reservation with a different company. We did let that company know our itinerary in advance (Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia, Serbia) but when we arrived they refused to allow us to rent it with those travel plans :(Dejan to the rescue!!!I contacted him with zero warning and he accommodated us with a great car at a very fair price. No mileage limit and no restrictions on where we could take it.He kept in contact to give us travel tips.Rental return was easy, no hassle.We are very grateful that he saved our vacation and highly recommend his company.

Be careful guys Dejan is a big scammer and with a nice behavior he will only deceive you. I've been waiting for more than a month for my invoice that I need for my insurance that he promised me to send it via post and e-mail . He blocks all my calls and messages and is now unavailable. Unfortunately I can't confirm the good reviews on Google. idealRENT is very unprofessional and a scam company. Dejan will probably comment on the review and say that he sent the invoice via post or he will comment that this is a fake review. But I swear to you guys he didn't send it and i‘am not a fake review. I privately messaged a few customers that i find on facebook who left a review and they immediately had the same problem with the invoice. At the end of the day I can only warn you guys, I lost 1240€ thanks to Dejan. But I trust in God and all good and bad deeds will come back doubly on you, trust me Dejan. Stop cheating people because that's not a success my friend. Don't you want your two daughters to be proud of their dad who earns his money honestly? shame on you. Guys if you don‘t believe me you can find me easylie under this name on facebook i can send you screenshots of all messages. I just want to warn you don't fall for this scammer!

Odlicen servis vedno dosegljivi in ustrezljivi zelo prijazno osebje.

Contratamos alquiler con conductor para recorrer Eslovenia. Dejan, se porto genial con nosotros, a parte de ser buen conductor, nos enseño sitios maravillosos que no vienen en ninguna guía, nos reservo restaurantes, nos hizo toda clase de sugerencia, puntual, todo lo que diga de él me quedo corto. También alquila coches sin conductor. Es súper recomendable empresa muy seria. Te recogen en Venecia, Zagreb o cualquier aeropuerto cercano.

Dejan really saved our bacon by organising a VERY last minute car for us for our time in Slovenia. He made everything so easy, the car was perfect for what we needed with all paperwork sorted in minutes. Just when we thought the experience couldn’t get any better he drove us to the airport a few days after we returned the car to him. We would highly recommend idealRENT to anyone who visits Slovenia!!

Un gran acierto. Contratamos una semana furgoneta con chofer y resultó un éxito. Dejan nos acompaño y asesoro estupendamente. Nos llevo a las mejores vistas, nos recomendó restaurantes, hizo fotos y nos ayudo en el itinerario, compras ...todo lo hizo fácil y agradable. Un viaje estupendo a un país muy bonito. Our superhero from Slovenia, Mr. Dejan Ipavec: the man for the job. Where everyone had failed following an ADBLUE breakdown, where all the assistance offered us only perilous, random and completely grotesque solutions in a replacement vehicle, Mr. Ipavec was able to offer us an incredible car to allow us to return in France in complete safety. With an invalid husband and two teenagers and this breakdown for which we are not responsible, we deserved a vehicle equivalent to ours. So we left for France at the wheel of a superb and comfortable 150 HP Cupra while Hyuandai assistance delivered us a car with 190,000 km, a cracked gearbox and smooth tires to finish our road trip and return home. France. Unacceptable! Faced with this dangerous responsibility for us, Hyuandai offers us to find a vehicle on our own and they will pay the invoice but we must advance the money and they reimburse us upon presentation of the invoice. Influenced by the negative reviews on Google and Tripadvisor, a few people had obviously had a bad experience by never receiving the invoice, we were suspicious and hesitant to sign with Ideal Rent. Everything was so perfect that we wondered if it wasn't a scam, everything was simple, clear, too good to be true. We therefore had to be reassured, because with a disabled husband, it was impossible to pay €1,983, especially since this was not planned in our budget and we are now among the people whose credit balance is low. So I spoke about this fear to Mr. Ipavec of not having the invoice, but as a great professional, he was able to reassure me by telling me that once the balance was paid in France, we would have the document. So with these words I accepted the transaction and validated the vehicle. For payment, we made a bank transfer rather than a bank card, because shame on us French people, we are very bad at English, and we thought that no deposit by bank card" meant "no payment by card banking".So we offered a transfer. I didn't want to pay in cash to have a record of our payment. We are praised for the strength of the European Union

Un alquiler transparente, claro, de calidad y acompañado de una atención exquisita, humana y cordial.¡Fue toda una suerte encontrarnos con Deján! Le debemos mucho de tanto bueno de este viaje... Porque tuvimos una avería con nuestro coche particular y en idealRENT no sólo nos facilitaron un coche magnífico si no que Deján tuvo la consideración de traérnoslo hasta nuestro alojamiento, nos recomendó a su mecánico de confianza para solucionar pronto el problema con nuestro coche y nos acompañó de cerca durante todo el proceso con un trato maravilloso y detallista. [READ IT TILL THE END]Our car broke down in Bled and we're looking for a rental car. We weren't expecting to get such support - the car was delivered straight to the car service, to pick us up. On top of that, Dejan was very supportive and even consulted us on the car issue. We were not sure how long we will be needing the rental car, but Dejan was very helpful and flexible with our constantly changing timetable. I have never faced such support and help from the business side, that was a true blessing to meet him in the given circumstances. This is really about going over and beyond to help people. Amazing guy and perfect service!UPDATE: we didn't get an invoice from this company for the services, so we lost a lot of money as we couldn't submit a request for the insurance company. Our requests and messages were ignored by rental company for some time. We're asked by Dejan to remove our review about this situation from the tripadvisor in order to get the invoice. We've removed it, but we didn't receive the invoice.
