Evilhair

Ich habe das erste mal bei Evilhair Haarfarbe bestellt und die haben wirklich an alles gedacht. Da ist sogar in einem kleinen Päckchen eine Creme mit dabei ,das die Haarfarbe beim auftragen nicht auf der haut haftet. Ganz ehrlich , ich bin bis jetzt in vielen friseuren rein aber meine Haare haben noch nie so geglänzt wie jetzt und angesprochen wurde ich auch nicht . Meine Haare haben sich durch die neue haarfarbe so erholt . Da hätte ich beim Friseur dafür extra Geld ausgeben müssen,nur das es glänzt und leuchtet. Evilhair meiner Meinung hat es wirklich es eine sehr gute Qualität. Ich werde wegen meiner neuen haarfarbe sehr oft angesprochen und das freut mich noch mehr. Ich werde definitiv immer bei Evilhair bestellen. Es lohnt sich.

Too bad, the first orders went well. Then I ordered a larger stock and unfortunately the color is now different. I emailed a lot up and down (at the beginning I received an answer), but they want me to send the products first at their own expense. Asked why I have to adjust for the costs, when they have changed the recipe and since then no more answer. This has been going on since Augsuts 2019, it has now been almost a year and there are no more responses to emails. Very disappointed. Is still more than 100 euros that I have here. :-(

This company is absolutely appalling. Do yourself a favour and spend your money somewhere else. They took my money a month ago and I still haven't received the product, and their customer services is shocking. They don't care, because they've got my money. Do not buy anything from Evilhair if you expect to receive something for your money! If I could give them zero stars I would!

Borzasztó, Augusztus 7. -én rendeltem ,még mindig sehol semmi. Több ígérgetés, de sem termék sem pénz nincs.Senkinek nem ajánlom.

Das ist meine dritte Bestellung. Bei der ersten hatte ich überhaupt keine Probleme. Bestellung kam nach ca 8 Tage an. Bei der zweiten Bestellung kam angeblich die Überweisung nicht an. Nach Übermittlung eines Beleges habe ich meine Zahlung auf meinen Wunsch erstattet bekommen.Meine aktuelle Bestellung vom 2.5.23 habe ich noch nicht erhalten. Und bisher habe ich nur eine Rückmeldung erhalten,das noch keine Zahlung eingegangen sei,was nicht stimmt.Nun warte ich schon wieder seit 7Tage auf eine Antwort. Weder auf Facebook oder Email wird reagiert. Definitiv das letzte mal.Schade,weil die Farben eigentlich echt gut sind.Aber Kundenservice kann man echt in die Tonne kloppen

I ordered hair dye over 3 months ago and I did not receive it. I paid over 30 euro for the product and delivery. I have requested a refund numerous times and I have just been ignored. Do not waste your money buying from this company. It is a total scam!! They take your money straight away and leave you with no product and no communication!!

Total scam.I paid for my dye a month ago. Few days later my order wasn't retrievable in the system anymore. They claimed some technical issues are at hand, but after a week or so, they stopped answering. I've paid 26 euros and never received the product. There are more ppl with the same problem on the facebook. NEVER again.

Ich hatte per SEPA Überweisung bezahlt und sie sagen sie haben das Geld nicht erhalten!! Und momentan werde ich von denen ignoriert. Geld weg, keine Farbe!! Nie wieder!!

Scam! First order alright... Ordered in June, didn't receive order number... Wrote to them 6 times and all I got back was one e-mail apologising" with we are a female run company as if that was a problem or something and offering a 10% discount on next order... No money back
