Yoga with Harsh

I am a yoga newbie and learned Surya Kriya from Drava Yoga in June 2022. I am very enthusiastic about the practice. It improves my flexibility, my strength and it helps me to go deeper during my practice of Shambavi Mahamudra Kriya. Harshdeep and Spela are very authentic and professional yoga trainers, I was amazed to see that they are living yoga in every cell of their body. During the class there was a special energy that I cannot put into words. I am very grateful for Drava Yoga and look forward to my next program.

Recently, I attended the Yogasanas program at Drava Yoga. Was very pleased with the teaching style at the program. The atmosphere was calming, the instructions were clear, and the Yogasanas practice is bringing more and more balance to my life :) I would recommend this to anyone who wants to learn classical Hatha yoga.

Amazing and dedicated teachers that created a receptive ambience to teach yoga. This is not your average spin class but how yoga should be. Programs are designed by Sadhguru after all. After the program, like in all things it is up to us to continue the practice. After 3 months of doing the practices everyday I can already see great progress in flexibility and subtle positive changes in my mood. I also feel more relaxed on a day to day basis. Try it and see for yourself. I am grateful for this offering from Harsh and Spela. I wholeheartedly recommend everyone to try Drava Yoga programs.
