Bistro 11 Piran
Heard there was a new restaurant in town from locals, so me and my family naturally had to try it out. We enjoyed the wide variety of warm and cold appetisers, but the star of the show for us was definitely the pasta with lobster pictured below. Pleasant ambient, obviously good food, attentive service and a list of quality wines.

Bistro 11 Piran
Novoodprti Bistro 11 je super popestritev gastronomije v Piranu. Kakovost in okus hrane je odlična, prav tako predstavitev jedi. Osebje je super prijazno in ustrežljivo. Ambient je zanimiv, lep, izčiščen, zastekljena terasa s pogledom na mandrač, barke in bližnji park, notranja restavracija je lepo dekorirana. Super izbira za kosilo ali večerjo v paru ali večjo družbo. Ponujajo tudi dobre zajtrke.

Wij kwamen hier in ons hotelletje eten door het slechte weer maar wat een ervaring! Zelf nam ik eerst de visschotel die bestond uit 4 verschillende compartimenten. De vis werd telkens op een andere manier geserveerd en dit zorgde voor veel variatie. Als hoofdgerecht namen we de lam. Het vlees was zo zacht dat het bijna smolt op je tong. Ook de puree, die door de ‘soep’ bestaande uit ook de sappen van het vlees, ingedrongen werd was super lekker. Als dessert deelden we de cheesecake wat een echte afsluiter was van dit geweldige restaurant!

Found this place accidentally while going on an evening walk with my partner. We decided to see if the restaurant was only available for hotel guests, turns out it was open for everyone! As an appetiser we had the fish platte for 2, for the main course we shared the John Dory fish and even though we were full, we decided to share the blueberry cheesecake as a desert, which was amazing. The food was clearly fresh and prepared well. Hope we get to return!

My friend and I had a wonderful meal here last night. She had pasta with shellfish and I had the beef fillet with truffle. Both absolutely stunning; so tasty. We had the place to ourselves and the service was brilliant. I’d definitely recommend trying Bistro 11. It’s perhaps more expensive than some other restaurants in Piran but we felt it was very much worth the extra expense!
