These guys have been keeping blocked amount on my credit card for two months now! The customer service is beyond bad, there are plenty other providers of rent a car service close by that are much better. Stay away!!!

Very unfriendly staff! They found a small damage under the car, I wasn't resposible for. I did't climbed under the car at pick up, so i couldn't proof it was there before. He said, he have to send the photos to Ljubliana to check if they have to repair it.One day later they send me a mail. They took 91.50 € from my credit card although I had a premium extra insurance for 30 € where you pay nothing for damages.Never again!
