시스템이 잘 되어 있어 예약한 차 10분 정도 걸려 인수 받았어요~ 자세하고 친절하게 설명 잘 해줘요~ 한국인이 많이 이용해서 '환영' 글씨도 제일 크게 있어요 ㅎ

We hadden een auto gehuurd en vanuit Split naar Zagreb gereden. Toen we bij Zagreb aankwamen zag het bedrijf een pitje in de voorruit. Hiervoor vroegen ze 520 euro aan schadevergoeding. Toen we dit wilde afrekenen kwam er 180 euro bij aan administratiekosten. Uiteindelijk hebben we dus 700 euro betaald voor een pitje in de voorruit. Ik raad aan om een goede verzekering te nemen, of om niet bij dit bedrijf te huren.

We rent a car from Zagreb and returned it at Dubrovnik.During our 10days journey everything went perfect. But when we returned our car at Dubrovnik office, the men told us that there was a little screw on the tire and because we didn’t call the police so the insurance won’t cover the price. At the end, he charged us 165 euros (in cash without receipt) for one tire…We don’t know if that is a standard process for this kind of condition or if we just got blackmailed by the men at the Dubrovnik office?Update:The manager of the D.O.O and Zagreb office take care of our problem promptly and had promised to refund the money back to us.

직원분들이 친절하고 차 상태도 너무 좋았습니다. 예약한 것 보다 더 큰 차를 받아서 행복했어요. 크로아티아는 운전하기 너무 좋은 나라입니다. 다음에 또 크로아티아에 가면 또 이용할 생각 있습니다.

Very good experience, we rode nearly 2000km around Croatia without any problem. Although we were expecting Volkswagen Golf, we received Peugeot 2008, not a big deal at the end of the day, but if you are expecting a specific car, be sure to write it in the note, or you can get some similar car in this car group.

후기 좋대서 믿고 렌트했는데 최악이었습니다. 원래 후기 잘 안남기는 편인데 너무 어의 없어서 주의하시라고 글 남겨요. 저희는 한달 전에 예약했음에도 불구하고 두브로브니크 다운타운에서 빌릴 때 어디서 사고 나서 잔뜩 찌그러진 차를 주더라구요 이거밖에 없다면서...심지어 저희가 렌트하기로한 기종도 아니더군요. 이거 몰고 다니니 호텔 갈 때마다 어디서 사고 크게났냐고 물어보드라구요. 빌릴 때도 정말 화났는데 자그레브에서 반납할 때는 한술 더 떠서 기름이 눈금한칸 모자라다며 176쿠나를 청구했네요. 중간에 주유소 갔을 때 풀로 다 채운금액이 290쿠나 정도였는데 완전 바가지를 씌우더군요. 금액이 너무 어처구니가 없어서 몇 번이나 물어봐도 맞다는 대답만하네요. 주유를 풀로 안채워간건 제 잘못이지만 이정도로 바가지를 씌울지 몰랐습니다. 신혼여행이었는데 렌트 잘못해서 기분최악이었습니다.It was the worst choice. Even though I made a reservation a month ago, When I rented a car in downtown Dubrovnik, they gave me an extremely dented car. I asked to change another car, but they said that they have only this car and the other car does not have a side mirror by accident. It wasn't even the one I reserved to rent.I was really upset when I rented it. Also, when I returned it Zagreb, I had one more bad experience for the fuel charge. I paid about 290kn to fill it up during my trip. However they charge me 176kn for just one small fuel gauge. It was completely ripped off. The amount was so ridiculous. It was my fault that I didn't fill up the fuel before return it. I felt terrible. The wrong rental messed up my honeymoon trip.
