The tour was delayed for an hour, no explanation why. When we asked not their fault, they don't know. Fault advertisement.The driver was late, didn't finish the tour. Natasha was great though.

We hired bikes from KoperTours to explore the Parenzana cycle path between Izola and Portoroz. Everything went smoothly: booking the bikes online was easy, the information about the meeting point was clear, the person who greeted us was friendly and, above all, the bikes were in good condition. The affordable rental price also included a helmet and a bottle of water. I highly recommend this service if you want to discover Istria by bike.

Excellent tour. Lake Bled is stunning and the restroom stop along the highway was very clean. Just like in Switzerland.

Hop on - hop off and taste tour... Great tour, very well organized. It was an excellent opportunity to see the beautiful coastal towns of Slovenia, while enjoying delicious treats and wine. Our tour guide (I can't remember her name, starts with an S) is and amazing and lovely lady, very knowledgeable about the history of the town's.

I worked alongside with DT Slovenia for my group tour. Awesome company to work with, especially Taja Macek. Tour guide Mattea did a great job in handling the big group. Of course the bus driver was very careful in driving through the Slovenian coast and enjoy the beautiful, tranquil greeneries and forested landscape of Slovenia.Tour of Piran along the coast was very relaxing. A lot of shops too where guests could browse and buy unique stuff. A stop at the Istrian village where you will be treated with food delicacies and wine made by the village household is fantastic.Overall, the tour itinerary was excellent.It was a pleasure working alongside with you - DT Slovenia!

The tour guide Natasha is amazing. I give a low rating because out of four cities we visited only two. The stories about traffic congestion are impressive, but we all know that you were transporting two groups at the same time. my experience is negative

Wij (een groep van 29 senioren) hebben genoten van een 4-daags programma verzorgd door Koper Tours.Op dag 1: een bezoek aan de zoutwinning van Secovlje, met aansluitend een meer dan geslaagde lunch in buffetvorm in een prive wijndomein, met degustaties van wijnen.Op dag 2: met de boot op zee en heerlijk zwemmen in de Adriatische zee, gevolgd door een lunch aan boord. Ook nu werd er niet gekeken op een glaasje wijn meer of minder.Op dag 3: naar de grootste onderaardse canyon van Europa in Skocjan. Dit is echt een must see.Op dag 4: Kennismaking met de kuststadjes Koper, Izola, Piran en Portoroz via een Hop & Taste formule.Op dag 5: Een bezoek aan Pršutarna Ščuka, waar hespen op een ambachtelijke manier worden gedroogd. Een uitgebreide proeverij met wijn, kon natuurlijk niet ontbreken. Een bezoek aan de Lippizaner Stoeterij in Lipica rondde ons 5-daags bezoek aan de Sloveense kust af.Bedankt Koper Tours, voor de schitterende organisatie. Wij komen zeker nog terug.

Right on time, knowledgeable and reliable. We loved our tour and had a great tour guide. They went out of their way and we were really happy we choose Koper Tours. Would definitely book them again if we are in Triest.We booked a tour of the Slovenian Coast before our cruise from Triest. They also transferred us from the Venice airport to Triest.

Do not book with this tour operator. I would give them negative 10 stars if it were possible.I booked a tour with them through Musement and per the receipt, it was to include tickets to the Postojna Caves. We arrived at the caves and were informed that the ticket information we were provided was not valid for entry. Neither the tour guide or the bus driver could do anything about it, and it ultimately ended up as a wasted trip given that tours occur once per hour and the tour bus was departing 1.5 hours after arrival. Imagine traveling from the United States to Slovenia on a cruise for a likely once in a lifetime experience only to find out that what you paid for was falsely advertised. And then imagine a tour operator telling you it is not their problem and refusing to issue a refund after showing them proof that the tour was to include tickets.I contacted KoperTours the day after the excursion and requested a refund. They ignored my email, and I sent another about 2 weeks later. I initially gave KoperTours the benefit of the doubt that a mistake was made, and that issuing a refund would prove whether it was a mistake or fraud. Our tour occurred toward the end of May 2023, and after 1 month of allowing them to address this issue with no refund, I have decided to leave this review.They claim they no longer work with Musement and issued the refund, to them, but as of today, I have not been refunded. Ultimately a business is responsible for ensuring their advertisements are correct no matter where it is posted. If it is not correct, a company that is operated by honest individuals will do what is necessary to make a customer whole. Instead of making me whole, they continue to point a finger at Musement. Hopefully the credit card company will honor my dispute and reverse the charge.I warned them this review was coming and they ignored my email, so you be the judge of the type of company you would be booking with.And in the event they rebrand, they are located right outside of the cruise terminal gate in one of the kiosks, so beware.
