Oh, unfortunately I have so many bad things to tell about this house:- My room (in the basement floor) was very dirty when I arrived and I had to clean and rub *everything* before moving in. They should check the rooms more precisely after each tenant.- Bed linen and towels are old, shabby and poorly washed - disgusting to use.- The mattress in bed is squeaky, it has very uncomfortable metal springs inside and I felt them every night pressing my back when I was trying to sleep.- I had to buy mattress topper and hooks (for jackets and towels etc.) to the room myself because they did not provide me those at all.- My lamp did not work when I arrived and also the TV-remote control did not have any battery inside.- The kitchen tap is bad, just a little bit of water coming out so cooking and doing dishes takes ages.- Every time when I used the shower, the water turned boiling hot very fast and without any warning signs. So basically it was impossible to adjust the water temperature, I burned myself every time in the shower.- The bathroom is full of MOLD, it smells bad and it was harder for me to breathe normally in this house because of that. This is something very disgusting and also dangerous for our health. They should do something about that and quite fast!The cleaning turns" papers for tenants does not make any sense

I will give 3 stars to this place because i have really mixed feelings about it. Ok, the place has good location near the centre, everything inside is nice, new and clean, and you can have fun with the people there. BUT! The kitchen has very poor equipment, and there is no freezer, no normal oven where you can make food, in the room, the bed is so small that i honestly wish you good luck if you are a taller person. But i guess that the biggest problem is the fact that there you will have no peace because 100 % of the time you will be controlled by the so called mother in law. The big brother is watching you. And i think that it was really rude that i was charged 10 euros for the towel that I lost, and that is worth not more than 2e in the local shops. Overpriced place.

Hello,First of all the house is located in a nice area, with all the necessary facilities within walking distance .But my stay was far from comfortable, rather the opposite of comfortable. First thing I'd like to mention few dodgy things about the accomodation, the landlord's mother in law is a troublemaker, she visits the accomodation every single day and constantly yells about the state of the common area and all that, which by the way isn't legal, every rental contract has a clause where the landlord notifies a day or 2 before entering the premises. So if you have someone inspecting the house regularly and yelling, don't be surprised it will happen every bloody day maybe even twice a day . Secondly the ventilation in the common area is non existent. Finally I was charged €35 of my security deposit for no absolute reason. I could keep writing because there is no end to their madness.I normally do not write reviews, but thought I'd write one for this so people read before considering that place. Having stayed in so many rented accommodations in the past I'd never been through such a situation. So see this review as a warning and consider it accordingly.Thank You(Just to let you know its my opinion)

Ko sem obiskal ta prostor sem mislil, da sem v nebesih tako lepo prijetno in še diši. Eden iz med redkih prostorov kjer sem čutil svojo dušo! enkratno!!!!!!!

My room was nice. It had a nice big table and the furniture was quite new. BUT thats it folks! I lived there for 6 months and let me tell you how i lived. HORRIBLY! The so called mother in law used to knock on my door EVERY SINGLE DAY at 8 o'clock (Saturdays and Sundays included). I was the only Slovene student on the floor and she speaks English poorly, so for every little thing that bordered her in the house she came to me, even if i did not have done it. She was very RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL. Once she even THREATENED me that she would call the police because i did not recycle correctly (even though i recycled in the right way, but the old woman thinks that the wet paper goes in the paper, but oh it doesn't). At the end i had enough and i left. Tatiana was always very nice, but she doesn't come to the house and of course she believes everything what her mother in law says, so if i were you DONT GO NEAR THAT HOUSE.More facts:+the kitchen is so small that you cannnot cook a proper meal - its literally only for making the+in other rooms the windows were not good, and the water leak in the room+you feel like you live i a college cafeteria because the hall is small and every time someone cooked all the floor stinks+you have your room but you can here literally everything that happens on the floor

Dear Mariana, I also have a mixed feelings reading your comment because that was first contact from you more than 1 sentence long in the whole year. First of all, you should tell the organization who rented and paid the room for you that you were not satisfied with it (I will tell them now). I am sure they would find something else for you. Regarding the towel I would really appreciate if you can give me the info where I can buy towels for 2 Eur of similar quality and then I gladly return you those overpriced 8 Eur. And the control of the floor is regarding the cleaning of the kitchen and bathroom because I would really like to keep the place in normal condition also for the future tenants. A fuir, la belle-mère de la propriétaire est irrespectueuse et toujours sur nos côtes. De plus la maison est infesté de punaises de lits
