Hotel Švicarija

Malo pod povprečjem za 4 zvezdični hotel. Osebje pa je zelo prijazno, hotel je čist in prenovljen in okolica je čudovita.Na spletni strani se oglašujejo zadeve (funkcionalnosti), ki žal ne držijo popolnoma (vsaj v času mojega bivanja niso).Mnenja strank, jim očitno ne pomenijo veliko, saj na email o izkušnji v hotelu preprosto ne odgovorijo (1 zvezdica ravno zaradi tega).

Top hotel and top service, and the place where it is located - as if we were in another world. :) Everything is surrounded by landscaped greenery and a couple of old, beautiful hotels and it's very peaceful and quiet. Hotel Švicarija is newly decorated and beautifully arranged. The rooms are great, beds, bathroom, TV...you name it. And we have nothing but praise for the staff, they are extra kind - kudos to everyone!Hotel Švicarija, see you again. ;)

Best place I've ever been. I'm a visual person and a perfectionist as well - for me - I've noticed and enjoyed every single useful feature, every good decision of using spaces and every beautiful piece. I've enjoyed every single centimeter of this amazing hotel.What I want to highlight:1. The room is so great for kids. Lots of space are adapted for them - shelves and hangers are lower, by Montessori, that kids can serve themselves without using a chair everytime.2. The hotel had offered 2 options of eating menu for our choice: breakfast+lunch or breakfast+dinner. I've experienced it first of my life, no one of other hotels had offered these options before. It is so convenient cause noone wants to eat before sleeping and we had frustrated all the time when in previous hotels we had to eat a dinner before going to bed at 21:00.The food was delicious by the way.3. I was also happy with the presence of tiny electric kettle in our room, several tea bags and instant coffee bags. In previous hotels we had to search nearby supermarkets to buy water.I'm twice happy when I understand that people thinking about their clients first, not about earnings. And I felt it here.I will definitely come back soon.

Wegens het noodweer en de overstromingen zijn we hier terechtgekomen nadat onze camping compleet onder water was gelopen. Wat een geweldig personeel en prachtig hotel is het. Ondanks de situatie, enorm veel dank aan de vriendelijke mensen voor het fijne verblijf. We komen graag ooit nog terug, in betere tijden!
