Good public bikes

HiI've subscribed for a week in May, as I stayed in Lbj for two day.But i've been charge 1€ again in June . As I live in France I didn't intend to use your bicycle. I read your FAQ but can't find where to un-checked the automatic renew" option. In the first place that option should appear on the english version of the website AND not be check by default.So could you please cancel that option and reimburse me.Best regardsOlivier GossetSubscriber No. 244370"

Station's touch screen hardly works. Can not press some numbers, so I couldnt rent a bike. Needs maintenence, its useless this way.

Die Fahrrad Station ist funktionsfähig. Räder sind ordentlich abgestellt und entleihbar. Etwas kritisch ist nur, dass die Nutzer auch bei vielen Fußgängern weiterhin mit dem Rad hier fahren statt die letzten 50 m zu schieben. Das ist aber nur ein geringes Problem, im Gegensatz zu den ätzenden rücksichtlosen E-Scooter-Fahrern, die heute an dieser Stelle ein Kind angefahren haben.
