Yoga with Lindsey is absolutely amazing! She's an amazing teacher and makes sure you're enjoying the class. Since I joined her classes I'm never sore and I'm also more flexible. Not only is it good for my physical health, but I also noticed a change in my mental state. After her classes I'm more relaxed, and positive. Yoga does wonders against stress, and Lindsey has one of the most effective ways of teaching it.

I love yoga sessions with AdZENtures Joga Bovec! Lindsey is great in guiding you through the flow, making you feel comfortable every step the way. And the scenery is perfect. With every pose, you also get a glimpse of the surrounding mountains - extraordinary from all angles! :) Highly recommended.

What an amazing yoga session! Can’t even begin to put into words how great Lindsey is. So welcoming and you can tell she really loves this country. She was able to give us great recommendations and made me so excited for the rest of my stay here! The yoga session itself was just what I needed after some long travel days. The perfect amount of stretching and relaxation. We share the same field with the skydivers which made for a such a cool experience to see them landing during our yoga practice. Cannot recommend this enough! :)

Ich hatte eine super Yoga Class mit Lindsey am Flugplatz zwischen den Alpen von Slowenien.Sie kann sehr gut anleiten, ist ihren Schülern sehr zugewandt und korrigiert Fehler aufmerksam.Nach einer sportlichen Aktivität ist die effektive Stunde genau richtig für Körper und Seele :)

The reason I started yoga, the instructor is very patient, fun, helpful and enthusiastic, which makes the experience really great. Thanks to her I’m a yoga fan since my first session. It’s always in nature, amazing locations.

Woow what an experience! My friends and I went half day private SUP yoga on Lago del Predil with Lindsey, highly recommended! She’s amazing yoga teacher in general but SUP yoga is next level. Some of us were complete beginners (never stood on SUP before and also never tried yoga before), while others were advanced yogis. Lindsey adapted the lesson to all of us, patiently explained poses to beginners and challenged the advanced yogis. And the best part is that she made it very personal and fun!Overall a fun day! Would definitely recommend it to groups of friends, colleagues and even families, as it’s easy and safe way to enjoy the beautiful nature around Lago del Predil.

Yoga with Lindsey is always the best! No matter if you want to begin with yoga or you are an intermediate one and you want to stretch your body during your travels. Her classes are just on point and she knows how to make it a bit easier for beginners or more challenging for more advanced ones.We are super lucky to have such a great yoga teacher in this valley.

I had two morning classes with Lindsey during my stay in Bovec and loved wachsen of them. The scenery next to the airfield and mountain range is beautiful and she is a very skillful teacher who adapts her classes based on student‘s requests. I recommend it wholeheartedly - especially to counterbalance all the hiking you’ll do in the area
