Abi Falafel
Very casual and welcoming falafel restaurant. We were served very quickly despite it being a lunch rush. You could get anything on the menu and we're sure it would be delicious. We got the Abi falafel wrap (maxi) to try the potatoes and aubergine- they were delicious!Here's the breakdown: potatoes were powerfully salty which was appreciated, aubergine was juicy and well roasted, no greens which is positive for some peeps but some iceberg would have been better for us, fresh and plenty of tomatoes inside.Falafel balls didn't stand out within the wrap. Think they'd be better alongside a mezze as the wrap was packed full.Downside of the wrap was the wrap itself - it shouldn't just be a vessel for the other ingredients it should be one itself ! Think a slight toasting would have improved it. Managed to keep the runny juices mostly in until the last bite which was a positive.Overall great value and maxi really means big so come with an empty stomach or just get a smaller one. Sorry for the post bite pictures, I couldn't wait. Would recommend to come multiple times during your Ljubljana stay.

Simple but very savoury food in a charming street. Prices are low and the portions are great to have a balanced and well prepared dish. The staff was nice and helpful as well. There are a few tables outside to eat as well.

I loved Abi Falafel, I had a lovely dinner seated outside. We ordered a mix of different options from the menu and I enjoyed them all, quick service, lovely staff loved the area as well! Recommended

Abi Falafel is an absolute gem in Ljubljana. Delicious, excellent food for great prices. Abi's is super casual, order and pay at the counter then pick it up when it's ready. The food is served fast and fresh. The Falafels are obviously not to be missed but all the food is great. Excellent place to satisfy Middle Eastern food cravings

Such a nice place and such good food!It's not a restaurant where you sit and wait to be served but rather a cozy place with a 'fast food vibe'. But that's not bad at all, the food is great and the guys at the counter are super nice. And the prices are great!Definitely suggested!

Small and nice, cozy, authentic Arabic food. So delicious, the smell Is amazing, clean, atmosphere is great.. feels like home. Nice

It's a bit expensive but for the location it's expected, the meze is good but the fatoush salad was bland and lacking flavor, the shiskebab could've used more spice.We ate two times, with the meze we were surprised how good it was, but the fatoush and the kebab were not to our expectations.Nevertheless it was a great experience but I've tried better.

Loved the food!Especially their perfectly seasoned potatoes!Pictured is Falafel Special Krožnik.Definitely worth the 10-15 minutes wait for our table.Can’t wait to come back!

We went here during our holiday in Ljubljana and had the sharing platter between 2 which was delicious! Excellent variety, good value and lovely staff. Definitely worth a visit :)
