Tukan Coffee

Really delicious coffee and it is freshly roasted everytime I order it. I also love the variety of coffee beans Žiga brings from Brazil.

The owner of Tukan coffee is clearly dedicated in bringing to the market the best specialty coffee that exists in Brazil. What I especially liked is his effort to work with smaller and community farmers, with whom he visited their plantation, and knows how they work and has clearly established trust with. He and his partner came several time to my coffeeshop to establish a partnership, and it’s after several tasting over many months that I finally decided to buy one of their green coffee. So I really appreciated that he didn’t dismiss me as someone “who would not buy something anyways” but clearly understood when I said that I would buy when something was really worthwhile against the own Brazilian coffee we have on offer. And boy I was not disappointed by the green coffee I got from the Danilo Barbosa farm that Žiga was able to deliver very quickly, a couple days after my order.
