Horrible, if I could give it zero stars I would.** This is a response to the owner after I left my review. You are totally being untruthful. You never offered to transfer us to another hotel, you kept asking us if we wanted to check out. And you forgot to mention that the loud music and dunken behavior went on until 3:00 am!

Me and my wife just spend two night at this hotel as part of a trekking holiday in the area. The hotel was just what we needed - quiet, clean and nice rooms. I would especially like to highlight the restaurant at the hotel - absolutely great food and not to forget a fantastic service with great knowledge about the food and local Slovenian wine. Room 208

We enjoyed our stay @ Art Hotel a lot. The room was neat and quiet. The food was very good (I loved the stag with mushrooms). Breakfast is very good with great choice (excellent waffles).There are a lot of good wines to taste and they know their wines. They even make their own chocolate!

Lovely place to stay at! Staff is super friendly. Location is beautiful as it is somewhere close to lake Bohinj, but still very close to woods and mountains. We were a family of 5 and we absolutely loved this hotel. The restaurant which is with the hotel is also very good and recommend that you eat there at least once during your stay.

All was perfect : nice rooms, very friendly staff, great breakfast and restaurant… and the spa was the cherry on the cake. Highly recommended !

We have just finished a wonderful stay at hotel Kristal. The staff are amazing, they cannot do enough for you (even picked us up from the cable car when we missed the last ski bus!)The food in the restaurant was lovely and not forgetting the homemade chocolates.The rooms were spacious and clean and we really felt at home the entire stay. Cannot recommend enough-We will definitely be coming back here!

The place was lovely, the staff was really helpful, beds are very comfortable and it’s only a shot walk to the lakeThe food at the restaurant was really good I really recommend having a lunch or diner there

We found Art Hotel Kristal after a negative experience with another hotel down the road. We’re glad we stayed at Kristal…it was such a wonderful two nights near Lake Bohinj with a friendly staff and owner and beautiful rooms! We would definitely choose this place again.
