My experience with Ales at Ljubljana Nepremicnine was excellent from the start to finish. I called him a few days after a chance meeting upon landing in Slovenia and finding out he was in real estate. I told him what I was looking for in a rental and the price. He said he would check what was available and got back with me within a few hours stating he found something he thought would be ideal for my needs. He was right in every regard. I felt he really listened to me concerning my needs likes and dislikes and found the perfect flat in one fell swoop. Moved in within the week and have been counting my blessings since. Caution real estate owners!!We had a good impression of the agent, so we made first price offers for the object. We had a continuous mail contact, which suddenly stopped. Asking the owner about the procedure we had to learn that the object was sold on the day my slovenian friend talked to him on the phone.In turn the owner had to learn that he did not forward my significantly higher bid (up to 5 %) to her!!Evereybody is free to draw his own conclusions. Warning!

Ljubljana Real Estate agency is completely unreliable and unprofessional. It appeared that, the apartment which we have had reserved, was sold to someone else. They do not respond to emails. I do not recommend it.Nepremičnine Ljubljana je popolnoma nezanesljiva in nestrokovna agencija. Stanovanje, ki smo si ga rezervirali, so prodali nekomu drugemu. Na e-pošto se ne odzivajo. Ne priporočam.

Pri prodaji stanovanja smo bili zelo zadovoljni z nepremičninsko agencijo Ljubljana nepremičnine d.o.o. in njeno nepremičninsko posrednico go. Obed. Ažurno nas je obveščala o poteku prodaje ter pri realizaciji prodaje zelo hitro izpeljala papirologijo in nas vodila skozi postopek.

Ravnanje njihovih agentov je primerno za posredovanje policije. Ne priporočam.
