Prices are higher at the cash register than the label. The staff is the worst, extremely rude and pushy, will follow you around store and comment on every product. They also will sell you products you actually can't take home.

Nice section of products from Croatia but of course can be cheaper bought at a supermarket but shops at an airport are not known to be cheap. But it's a good opportunity in case someone needs something last minute.The shop assistant in the Victoria's Secret department was a rude. On tags beneath the products on display was written something like 'to shop below' - there are shelves below. So I was looking for something in my size. I was told to not do that which is OK. Pointing out that the tag is misleading she said she didn't write it. That is obvious but not the point. She should have responded something along the lines that she will inform someone who could change that. I got a snappy reply that it's how the stores policy is. Customer service does look different, she could have been more polite about it.A rather unpleasant encounter of an otherwise nice trip.

Overall, a tidy and OK duty-free shop. However, the shop opens somewhat later than advertised depending on available personnel, and the card readers are not well adapted for tourists with no NFC capability in their debit cards. Some chocolates had visibly damaged packaging.

It is very very expensive compared to a normal supermarket. There are croatian items such as truffle and a selection of chocolates. They have a small selection of perfume. They have MAC, a small selection of rituals and Victoria’s Secret too. They have a decent selection of cigarettes and the worst selection of cigars I have ever seen. Cigars are expensive compared to other countries. Cigars are scarce in duty free. Better to go in town to Havana Cigar shop.

Prices and products on side, staff behind the counter is extremely rude, and unpleasant. Shopping bags was way too small for my purchase, yet I was told there are no bigger bag. When I for few seconds looked shopping bag that’s for sale with intention to buy it and put my purchase in, I was told, that I hold the queue. Nice one. Yet she sold me the product I could not bring to Australia. Not a pleasant experience

Speaking as sales entrepreneur myself, my personal sales guide and employee Maya was doing a wonderful job. She introduced me to new yet inspiring scents and told me about some really special perfume crossovers aswell as teaching me about some of the unique ingredients very precisely with lots of helpful information. She also provided me with a really professional expertise, which is not often seen on that level. Thanks to her , I have a wonderful start in my day now. A great sales ladyRegards Paul

Ne rade na izlazu sa aerodroma, shodno tome ni online pre-order nema svrhe. A i taj pre-order je priča za sebe. Ne odgovaraju na mail upite putem njihovog formulara.Planirao sam uzeti proizvoda za nekoliko stotina eura, ali ima tko štedi za mene...

Wir wissen das es nicht unbedingt an den Duty Free Shop liegt aber mein Produktwar total beschädigt!! Habe sehr viel für einen Victoria Secret Perfüm gezahlt das am Endeffekt fast leer war, die Flasche war am Kopf kaputt somit ist alles ausgelaufen. Warnung an alle bitte zu erst die Ware Vorort checken.
