One of the instructors grabbed a guy on my boat randomly at the beginning of our trip. He grabbed him by the neck and pulled him under the water as some sort of joke. He was really hurt and had to go to a doctor afterwards. Would never recommend booking with this company. Absolutely disgraceful bunch of bullies.

We paid for the shuttle bus as we were told it would take 15 minutes and, once finished, that there would be shuttles all the time. We had to wait 30 minutes at the begining. Then, when we finished the Vintgar Gorge route we had to wait 25 minutes and when we were half way back, the driver was called so he turned around to pick up a family. He dropped them before us and right at the entrance of the gorge (begining point of the route). Thanks to that, we arrived one hour later and missed the bus.We chose to pay for the shuttle as we were told totally different times. 10 euros per person for this kind of service feels way expensive.

Gaan raften begin juli met 7 personen waarvan 2 kids van 6. Netjes en tijdig opgepikt op camping. Goede introductie door gids. Alles voorzien schoenen, zwemvesten, helmen, pakken,... leuke tocht met afwisseling en randanimatie. Heel kindvriendelijke gids die iedereen die wenste ook even liet sturen op de boot. Een aanrader.

Camping pequeño pero muy agradable pegado al rio y con acceso tipo playa para bañarse en el. Esta en una zona arbolada y con sombra. Perfecto para relajarse. Los servicios son muy basicos y justos pero suficiente. No hay servicio de bar pero hay maquinas donde adquirir algo para beber.

The instructors were very rough with the kids and they were very upset afterwards. One of them was particularly mean but I didn’t manage to get his name. Do not go near this company!

Top Service, können wir nur empfehlen. Wir haben es direkt auf unseren Campingplatz gebucht. Es hat alles reibungslos geklappt wir würden es jederzeit wieder machen.
