Such a beautiful little place and so peaceful. There is a little waterfall in the back so you drift to sleep lulled by the sound of gentle running water. Super cozy. So thoughtfully decorated and equipped. You can tell it was built with lots of love. Highly recommend. Great host . And I love to watch the paragliders that full the sky! Now they've added lights in the enclosed lawn area and it looks magical

Great place, located in very good spot near the small crick.

Katrina and Lawrence are the consummate hosts. Their recommendations for things to do in the area were perfect. The tiny house is a gem, nestled in a peaceful garden and equipped with everything you need for a perfect getaway. Our travel partners stayed in the apartment on the same property and it was also delightful, equipped with everything you need. The property is in a secluded spot, a quick hike to a gorgeous waterfall. Do not miss this magical spot!

Slovenia is amazing, the Tiny House is very cool and the hosts(Katrina and Lawrence) are great. We had a beautiful drive from Venice to the Tiny House. Google Maps took us through some fun towns and beautiful scenery. The accommodations were even more interesting than the pictures show. The craftsmanship is top notch and the location provides hiking just outside your garden space. Short drives will take you to truly beautiful locations for hiking, kayaking, hang gliding and more. Our hosts were able to direct us to restaurants, museums, historic sites and auto trains to Lake Bled and beyond. A truly magical experience that was greatly enhanced by our hosts.We will be back!

Ich war geschäftlich für einige Tage in Ljubljana und da ich Slowenien näher kennen lernen wollte mietete ich zusammen mit meiner Freundin das Ferienhaus der Familie Squire in Poljubinj welches ca. 90 Fahrminuten von der Hauptstadt entfernt liegt.Das Dorf liegt im Herzen des Soca Tals das durch den türkisblauen Fluss und eine tiefgrüne Vegetation geprägt wird. Es ist von Bergen umgeben. Das Haus selbst liegt idyllisch an einem Bach und in einer Sackgasse ohne Durchgangsverkehr. Alle wichtigen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten können mit dem Fahrrad oder Auto in wenigen Minuten erreicht werden.Die Besitzer haben eine kleine Tochter und sind sehr kinderlieb. Sie haben mir bei der Planung unserer Besichtigungen sehr geholfen und sind auch in der Tourismusbranche der Region aktiv.Das Tal bietet viele wunderschöne Wanderwege in allen Schwierigkeitsgraden an: von leichten Flusswanderungen bis zu Bergwanderungen mit über 1000 Höhenmetern schwierigen Wanderungen in den nahe gelegenen Bergen ist alles in max. 30 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Das Tal ist außerdem ein bekanntes Paragliding Gebiet.Da die Besitzer erst seit kurzem vermieten - ich vermute das ist der Grund dass es noch keinen Erfahrungsbericht gab - sind sie äußerst hilfsbereit aber nicht aufdringlich. Sie sprechen English, Französisch und Slowenisch aber nur wenig Deutsch.
