Garni hotel Vandot

This is a really nice hotel. I highly recommend staying here if you're looking to hike in the Julian Alps. The breakfast is from 8-10am and is delicious. The lady working will make you eggs! They have plenty of dairy free options as well. The rooms are comfortable and the bathroom clean. The staff is incredibly kind and provides great recommendations for places to eat.

Very nice place to stay and warm atmosphere, the Hotel interior design is minimalist and cozy, alpine style, rooms are clean and comfortable, you have the possibility to have delicious breakfast in the morning, ladies that work here are very friendly and outgoing, hope to visit here again!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Hotel Vandot. The rooms were spacious, nicely furnished and were immaculately cleaned. Maja and the other staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very nice with many different offerings. Highly recommend this hotel.

Fantastic little gem of a place in the middle of town. Beautifully designed, modern and spotlessly clean throughout. The buffet breakfast with a choice of cooked eggs definitely sets you up for the day. We spent a week here and thoroughly enjoyed it. Host Maja was extremely helpful and accommodating.

Perfect location in the center of Kr. Gora, with free parking nearby. The hosts are super friendly and the rooms spacious and really clean. Our daughter immediately noticed how lovely and fresh everything smells :) Oh, and I must not forget the breakfast, you have many choices od food and they also prepare fresh omelettes, pancakes and smoothies. Highly recommended.

We stayed at the hotel for 1 week and enjoyed it very much, as everything worked as it should. The room was clean, the mattresses were great, we might have missed the balcony but we were outside most of the time. The breakfasts were also excellent, a huge choice, and of course, being big sauna lovers, we made the most of it. They have an infra sauna which is big enough for 4 people. We have to give a special mention to the staff, Kristina, who was over the reception desk and was very friendly and always available. And Tina, who made sure that we had a great breakfast and that we never ran out of anything. Both girls are excellent! I highly recommend the hotel and we will definitely be back :).

Really lovely hotel, would highly recommend staying here! The rooms were stylish, comfy and clean. The ski equipment room was modern and useful. The location is perfect, walking distance to the town and to the ski slopes. Free parking is provided nearby. The staff were so friendly and nice, recommending places for us to go. The breakfast was so good, freshly made eggs and plenty of options. Really loved our stay here. Will look to come back again in the Summer!

It’s an affordable modern looking hotel in the middle of Kransjka Gora with breakfast included. We stayed in room 1 which also had a nice balcony (I recommend!). The room was well cleaned and my boyfriend especially loved the shower. Parking tip: 20 meters past the hotel is a square with free parking.For dinner I definitely recommend the recently opened restaurant of Boutique Hotel Triangel which is only a 7 minute drive! It has amazing food, prices, service and a lovely view on the mountains.
