I had the pleasure of working with Adela and felt compelled to write a review so that other expats could experience the professionalism and peace of mind that comes with such excellent care. As many expats may know, getting one’s fingerprints and background check performed while out of country can be a chore. As a dual Canadian-US citizen, I had a slightly more complex procedure to follow since each country has a unique set of steps. Adela guided me through the process, offered several pricing tiers (all reasonable) depending on desired speed of processing (by 3rd parties), kept me informed throughout the process and delivered everything to me (faster than promised) while I was traveling. For anyone who needs assistance with fingerprints / background checks, processing Croatian residency applications, etc., I whole-heartedly recommend the Kadirah agency. Brilliant!

MUST MAKE APPOINTMENT. I came here without an appointment, not knowing it was necessary. Manager is friendly and accomodating. She insisted on doing things her way, no matter what I said. Tricky to locate, but once you find no. 60, walk through the archway, on your left will be Wok & Walk"
