Hi I have asked the owner of Slovenia Estates Justin Young. To attend a meeting in Manchester in March .Slovenia,s Property Market is full of illegall. Properties. We would dearly wish Justin,s opinion on these illegall Properties which he is well aware of.In all interviews Jason has given to the Biased journalists of Slovenia, he never has once mentioned all the illegall Properties in Slovenia.We know of over 70 Clients who purchased in 2004- 2007 and there Properties are still not legal.Also he never mentions how Corrupt the country is? For example. A condition of buying in Slovenia,is they make you open a Bank Account.What Jason fails to inform his Clients is that if you fail late with a small Utility bill.The Authorities take it on themselves to Freeze your Assets.By closing your Account for small Amounts, then Penalise you,if you decide to open the bank Account again.This practice goes on in Slovenia all the time. Jason also does not mention the Violent and abusive behavior of many Slovene,s towards Brits.Please beware of ever thinking of investing in Slovenia.

Would just like to say a big thank you to Justin and the team for helping us navigate the purchase of our dream holiday home. This is the second Slovenian property I have bought using Slovenia Estates - a weekend house this time in the mountains above Bled. There were some issues with access, planning and registration that needed ironing out. Justin and his team were so thorough and patient in helping us understand and resolve these issues.
