Idrija je očarljivo mestece z enkratnim in nenevadnim narečjem. Ovija jo bogata zgodovina ter nadvse lepa narava.Da je bila izkušnja še toliko bolj prijetna, je k temu veliko prispeval Idrijski hostel (Mladinski center Idrija). Nadvse prijazen in topel sprejem, ki ti daje občutek, da si dobrodošel. Četudi je hostel v svojih začetkih, že nudi vso udobje, ki ga preprosti popotnik potrebuje. Sobe so prijetne, postelja v kateri se dobro naspiš, čistoča in topel tuš po katerem se osvežiš. Osebje dobrodušno in sproščeno, ki ti z veseljem pove, kaj v Idriji vse lahko vidiš.Idrija me je resnično očarala in če se vrnem, se vrnem tudi v Idrijski hostel.Jerneja iz Škofje LokeIdrija is a charming town with a unique and unusual dialect. With rich history and beautiful nature.That the experience was even more pleasant, the Idrijski hostel (Youth Center Idrija) contributed a great deal to it. A very friendly and warm reception that gives you the feeling that you are welcome. Even if the hostel is in its beginnings, it already offers all the comforts that a simple traveler needs. The rooms are nice, a bed in which you get a good night's sleep, cleanliness and a warm shower that refreshes you. Staff are kind and relaxed, who is happy to tell you what you can see in Idrija.Idrija really fascinated me and, if I return, I return to the Idrija hostel.Jerneja from Škofja Loka

Stayed here twice 2 years ago and this year. Staff is super friendly and you have a huge place to yourself. Cozy attic bedroom with nice mattress. Kitchen has everything... will stay again for sure

Clean rooms and friendly service! Great price/value. There is a bar with kombucha and craft beer open daily in opening time of the reception.

An old mountain hut, and previously a monastery, this now youth hostel has friendly staff that will cater to all your needs, as well as most amenities you can think of. You can rent decent mountain bikes and explore the surrounding area.

Great place to stay! The building is an old school building and is really spacious. Only thing I was missing was an AC in the rooms, it was kinda hot in there.

Hostel z dušo. Urejen je sicer v starejši stavbi, na kateri bo potrebnega še precej dela. V času mojega prihoda tudi med epidemijo mask ni nosil nihče. Sobe so svetle, ob postelji je veliko električnih vtičnic. Tuš in WC je samo en za 4 sobe, kar pomeni večerno gnečo. Kljuka tuša ni delovala, ključavnica tudi ne. Posebej je hostel primeren za skupine, kot so na primer mladinski delavci, timbildingi in podobno. Priporočam nezahtevnim gostom, ki imajo radi pristno osebno izkušnjo.

Zelo prijazen sprejem, velika terasa, kjer je dovolj prostora za druzenje. V primeru slabega vremena je velik dnevni prostor tudi v notranjosti. V upravljanju ga imajo študentje, ki vam bodo z veseljem pomagali. Za zmerno ceno boste dobili prostorne sobe, prijetno okolje za druzenje in spoznavanje, kuhinjo hladilnik..... nas je vsak dan počakala veliiiika lubenica. Priporočam.

This hostel is extremely nice, the staff was patient very helpful and super friendly. The rooms are minimalistic but on the positive side. Everything was clean. Overall, it was a very nice stay with an amazing view. Definitely will stay there again in the future.

There is a kichen, big living room. A heater was provided.Disadvantages: a shared shover doesn't have any door lock, provided towels are ridiculously small.
