Simplemente la peor compañía de traslados. Chofer hediondo a cigarro, hablando por celular todo el rato. Grosero. Nuestro bus supuestamente salía a las 2pm, llamamos para preguntar solo de confirmación y resulta que nos habían cambiado para una van a las 12:05. Preguntamos donde debíamos esperar a la van, nos dijeron en el P5 del aeropuerto marco polo, salimos a las 11:55 del aeropuerto y el tipo de había ido a una estación de servicio. No nos ayudó a subir las maletas a la van y se fue peleando con alguien en su idioma por teléfono mientras conducía imprudentemente. Evite esta compañía por favor.

Io e il mio fidanzato abbiamo usufruito del servizio di DRD per la tratta Lubiana-Trieste in data 10/12/22. Date le precedenti recensioni avevamo il terrore che l’autista potesse non presentarsi o fare molto ritardo, ma fortunatamente così non è stato.Il nostro Van si è presentato alle ore 8:10 all’Hotel Union, siamo partiti alle 8:15 ed abbiamo fatto una sola sosta (a circa 20 min dall’Aeroporto di Trieste).Autista cordiale, parlava un po’ di italiano, ha tenuto per l’intero viaggio la cintura di sicurezza ed auricolari per rispondere al cellulare.Forse le vecchie recensioni hanno portato ad un cambiamento o siamo solo stati fortunati, ma non possiamo dare che 5 stelle.

I booked my trip between Ljubljana & Venice via Trainline, and it was unfortunately with this company.Firstly, the instructions provided for pick-up location were conflicting - an image of Google maps showed a pin in one location, and the written instructions provided another. Thankfully they were not too far apart, but I had to stand on an adjoining corner of two streets to keep an eye in both directions for the bus approaching.Secondly, it's not a bus. It's a mini-van. So, no toilet opportunity for over 3hrs.Thirdly, the driver was repeatedly on his phone - he had to swerve several times due to literally staring at his phone instead of focusing on the road. After he dropped everyone else off at the airport he slowed right down because he was so busy making calls and texting, meaning we were 30 minutes late to the bus station. Due to this I almost missed my connecting train that I had to rush to make.Utterly appalling, unprofessional and *extremely* unsafe service. Avoid.

Skrbelo me je, ker so dosti slabe ocene, ampak se je izkazalo, da je vse potekalo kot po maslu. Malo minut kasneje, kot zmenjeno naju je prišel iskati kombi. Voznik profesionalen, lepo pripeljal do cilja. Prevoz sva rezervirala isti dan in se je vse dalo lepo zmeniti. Priporočam!

Never ever book with DRD, we did, booked a spot for two bicycles as well. They showed up and told us they had no space. And drove off. Now stuck at Venice airport with no accom, no transport and a booked out Venice with rooms going for €500 a night. Thanks heaps DRD

Moj vnaprej placan prevoz preko drd bus prevoznistva se vceraj na letaliscu ni pojavil. Ko sem poklicala na stevilko ki je na internetu je gospod rekel, da mi ne more pomagati, saj je on le voznik.. na mail so bili kasneje neodzivni in od njih nisem vec dobila nobenega odgovora. Ni problema, odhajala sem domov. Zanima me, kaj se zgodi ce gres na letalisce in zaradi tako ogabnega odnosa zamudis svoj let. Ne narocajte tega prevoza!!

NO VIAJAR CON ESTA COMPAÑÍA!Teníamos billetes del aeropuerto de Trieste a Ljubljana en el que nos venían a recoger a las 12.20h y llegábamos a las 14h.La furgoneta llegó 30 minutos tarde. Cuando llamábamos el conductor nos decía todo el rato que llegaba en 10 minutos; lo cual era mentira.En el ticket pone que el trayecto es directo pero eso es mentira. Hizo una parada en Koper, dando una vuelta impresionante y llegando allí a las 13.50h. Aun sin tráfico, llegábamos más tarde de la hora acordada, 1h y media más tarde como mínimo (si no hubiese tráfico, que lo hay).Al expresar nuestro desacuerdo y llamar a la empresa, nos han tratado de forma muy maleducada, aludiendo todo al tráfico pese que sin tráfico igualmente, estaban mal ajustados de tiempo. No nos escuchaban, el conductor nos ha hablado de malas formas y no nos dejaba explicarnos.De las peores experiencias y cuando solicitamos que nos devuelvan el dinero, nos ignoran.Añadir que el conductor no para de hablar por teléfono y conduce de forma muy temeraria. Nosotras y un matrimonio estamos horrorizados con el servicio.

Worst company ever!!I have booked a bus trip from Venice to Ljubljana. When I have arrived to the spot, I figured that it wasn't a bus but a minivan. The driver had let in everybody before me and then told me there was no place for me eventhough I had a reservation, then told me to wait a second. He got in the minivan and drove away leaving me there.No refund was made by the company.Do not travel with these scammers.

Despite all the negative reviews, the process was very smooth for me! I booked from Venice Marco Polo airport to Ljubljana. Whilst I was expecting a bus, it was just a 7-seater van, which seems to be very common with a few other transit companies. It was a bit confusing where we needed to wait, but I called the contact number, they got into contact with the driver and told me the exact location in the short-term carpark. Drive was smooth, safe, and got me to Ljubljana in a very timely manner.

We used DRD from ljubljana to marco polo in June 23 with some apprehension. The minibus showed up on time outside union hotel, the journey was uneventful and our driver was courteous. It stops in Treviso along the way hence the slightly longer transit time. Would recommend based on our experience.
