This company have the worth service in Slovenia !Been calling the reception, she just hung up on me and after trying a few more times, she continue avoiding answering my number .After using another number, she answered, but I just wish to make sure that this is the customer service level they have .I advise you to avoid buying anything from them !Better to spend the money in better places then BiroTech .I forward my case to Samsung international to know who represent them in Slovenia!!!
