I wanted to book the room for our company’s guests through the wire transfer. There is no contact info for the Ljubljana hotel, only the web booking. I ended up posting the question on the booking and received the rudest reply to book through the webpage. They’re a hotel in the center of Ljubljana and don’t even provide communication in Slovene!

Is it too much hassle trying to pay them. For some reason they do not want get paid via Booking.com (probably they do not want to give a fee to Booking). They provide you with this weird looking link that doesn’t even work and they give you a window of 24 hours upfront to pay it or they cancel your booking (you pay the full price in case of cancellation). After paying them they also take 50EUR authorization and they claim they will return it in 3 days.Ofcourse they forgot; so they put my account in negative bank balance, had to wait full 10 days for the authorization to get back on my account and then manually pay all the bills that were charged to my bank account meanwhile.Will definitely not coming back, due to too much hassle trying to book and pay the hotel.

Great looking hotel in nice central location, but the attitude of staff is ridiculously unprofessional and rude. The most grotesque experience in my life has happened here: the receptionist phoned us in the room in the middle of the night - waking us up - because her colleague had forgot to get the bill signed (for two beers, totalling €9), so I had to go downstairs in pijamas to pay for it right away, while we were to pay for the rooms the next day at check-out. No brains

Fantastic stay here. The breakfast was amazing. Staff friendly. And the first hotel to have usb c charging ports.

Uusi hotelli nähtävyyksien lähellä. Hyvä aamupala, asiansa osaava henkilökunta. Aikaisemmasta sisäänkirjautumisesta olisi peritty 20€ tunti, se vähän hämmästytti.

Probably the best located hotel in Ljubljana. Beautiful hotel with impeccable cleanliness and superb service.

A little pricy but worth it for old town Ljubljana.

Very new hotel with some fine-tuning still to go, but it has been open for 2 weeks.Very centrally located and rooms are good (I had a bit of a difficult door for the shower hence the fine-tuning.)Breakfast was ok and including platter of fruits, cold cuts, American breakfast and cereals
