If only I could give 6 stars.Everything was perfect, I have no critic to write.We had a grand tasting menu dinner and spent the night at THE HOUSE IN THE WOODS which has an outside baths and a fair share of privacy.Staff is super nice! We were properly greeted with complimentary sparkling wine and coffee, so was goodbye with coffee and sponge cake a perfect wrap up of excellent experience.Will be coming back for sure!

Super!!!!Update 2022: this time food was again fantastic. However service- wise a lot could be said. Not interested, rushed and even some arrogance could be encountered. My wife was still eating but her plate was already taken away. No one filled our glasses and nobody, except our waitress who was new and full of kindness, asked us how the food was. Got a glass of red wine, end of bottle with residue. Should not have been offered like this. Overall a very disappointing experience, especially as we know they can do so much better. We are returning guests for over 15 years!!Service wise this was not a customer centric experience at all. But prices and description menu do suggest something really different. Again, food and drinks are great. Service absolutely needs working on.

Can’t say the place is worth a Michelin star.Not for food and not even for service. The only two good things to remember are the wine pairing served by a talented sommelier and the quality of meat. But shall it justify a 1 star Michelin? Controversial food flavours, staff partly being unfriendly, in some cases I would have not been eager to finish my course after first bite… maybe good ratings are given to the resort overall, but as for the restaurant there is nothing special to discover.

What should have been a great experience turned into a poor one. Service poor, unattentive and rude. Dishes removed before dining complete. One dish, half the food was removed with asking if we were finished with the course. Another dish was a totally bland gnocchi served over unseasoned diced tomato. Simply unprofessional and not worthy of the Michelin star.

This was definitely an outstanding experience! I was brought here by my boyfriend and his friends, and I was really surprised. This place is an oasis in the middle of nature. You can breath tradition and tranquility. The food, service and the decoration is one of the best I've experienced in Italy. Plus, they let our dog eat in the interior part of the restaurant (booking in advance of course).We will be back FOR SURE!

The food is good but the service that we received was bad is definitely not up to par with what you would expect in a one star michelin restaurant. We are not even high-maintenance, but what happened that night would have been bad service in any restaurant. Maybe we were just unlucky with one of the serving ladies (M.), who did not seem to care about the experience for the guests at all. It seemed that tables had to be cleared as quickly as possible to suit her:- We had asked if we could keep a paper menu at our table to follow the courses, which was fine according to the other staff, but she came 3 times asking if she could get it until we let her have it.- She did not wait for all the guests to be done with their dishes before starting clearing out the plates. This happened on at least 3 occasions/courses so it wasn't just a one-time unfortunate timing.- She removed the butter when we would have loved to keep it. Didn't ask.- She was running around the place as if she were working in a fast food restaurant.- She decided it was a good idea to shake out and throw the leaves of the fern that was next to us on the floor in our direction during the dinner.I must say that we also had two other ladies serving us at the beginning who were really nice. I would still expect a certain attention to detail in such a kind of restaurant to be taught to all staff so that guests do not have to feel rushed or like in a canteen.

Had a great dinner, definitely will be back. Exquisite desserts, and a great suggestion for an accompanying wine.
