No mass tourism or traffic jams full of bike shuttles. ...If you want trails that 200 bikers wore out just before you, don’t go to Slovenia. ...If you want to discover bikers heaven, this is the place to be.. As John said: Expect anything!!After the rides, John and his crew heat up the fireplace and make the best homemade pizzas. If you want to hang out on the sofa with a drink, or shoot some pool in the living room, it’s all there.. We had no idea Slovenia and it’s trails were so beautiful, pure and undiscovered. John is an awesome rider, guide and host. We had such a good time. The location is superb. So much beautifull nature and friendly people. John will do anything to make you feel at home. He and his friends cook delicious meals. The trails are awesome too! We had just three days of riding, but we had so much diversity. From slow and tacky to high speed and flow. We'll be back for sure!

The mountain biking in Slovenia is incredible!!! Long descents, uniquely varied terrain, the trails are endless and the scenery is beautiful. Jonathan is a fantastic host and guide. The chalet is really homely and the home cooked meals every night were great! Would highly recommend a week with these guys.

Really good experience here. Views, atmosphere, food and prices of this country are amazing. There is some of the best mountain scenery I have ever seen. Alot if quite little villages. The riding is really good also. The trails are long and have alot of variations in them - some technical some flowy some steep some flat. There is stuff for everyone and all abilities. Only problem is it would be better if there is a huge gap in riding abilities that the group split into two or else there can be alot of waiting. I believe it is probably best to go as a whole group so you know everyone there and each others abilities. The only other problem I could say was the speed of the days. There needed abit more sense of urgency, mabey to get one more run in, but this could be easily fixed. However, I really enjoyed my time here and fealt I progressed. The place is amazing.

What an experience!!! After more than 15 years of mountainbike travels, this one touched and teased me the most! First of all, Slovenia was totally unknown for me...and what a discovery!!! Never seen a country this clean, this proud of its nature, with so many beautifull and well maintained gardens and houses and most of all....so pure. No mass tourism, everywhere relaxed, friendly and smiling people, good food, good beer and good coffee!The trails: like our incredibly skilled and funny guide John said many times....expect anything....yeah...you'll see :D !! We had single tracks, loamy stuff, technical rocky stuff, steep and very steep and very very very steep trails, natural trails, snowy trails, remote trails with bears (yeah...no...we actually only found some bear hair...but still...so cool and intimidating :D ) with the most breath taking views...The guide: funny, friendly, 100% customer oriented and he changes plans all the time to please you and to enjoy the riding with you, skilled and as hard as it is for an italian rider to admit.....he makes incredibly good pizza!!The house: good beds, sufficient bathrooms/showers, a pizza oven in the kitchen, excellent healthy and tasty food, beer, wine, water and a large room with sofa, fire place, pool table, dj set, tv to spend cosy evenings with your friends and John!!Will I/we go back....100% YES!!! so much more to discover and looking forward to laugh again with John's humor...and don't worry John, we will not kill you if we need to hike in the snow ;-)Cu soonGuido

Wow, what a week! Just finished the Alps to Sea tour, a mixed bag of weather, but this did not detract from the varied and excellent trails on offer here. Jonathan our host offered an excellent service throughout, with perfect facilities, amazing food and comfort at the end of the day after some big days out on the bike. We travelled with 8 guys, a great experience and will definitely be back here for sure!
