Crossing the Sava river at Sava Šentjakob in September 2021. This place offers a lot of fun and a lot of different animals and plants too. My favorite animal is the blue bird Kingfisher and my favorite fun river run from Ježica to this place on an inflated water float (about 5 kilometers of 'rafting'). Dieser Ort befindet sich leicht außerhalb von Ljubljana.Wir hatten uns in der Stadt Fahrräder geliehen und sind hier hin gefahren, um ein bisschen aus der Stadt und den Touristenmassen zu entfliehen.Unten am Flussbett waren wir auch die einzigen Touristen, es kam einmal eine im Nachbardorf ansässige Frau vorbei und war ganz interessiert, wie wir diesen Ort gefunden haben.Hier kann man also Recht ruhig picknicken und sich ein bisschen in der Sava abkühlen. Das Wasser ist sehr flach aber bietet eine gute Erfrischung. Das Flussbett besteht ausschließlich aus abgerundeten Steinen.

Sava river after floods in early August 2023. The floods cleaned all the stones in the river and therefore the water became more clear, more blue (like Soča river). To get to the rapids is a little tricky. But easy! I highly recommend walking upstream next to the river and then going up the Rašica hill for amazing views (you can do it in 3-4 hours).

Dopływ Dunaju.Można się kąpać choć nurt wartki.

Prachtige plek voor vliegvissen. Ondiep zodat je makkelijk het water in kunt lopen, rechts naar dieper water, links groot plateau. Rustige plek, verder ook geen voorzieningen aanwezig.
