There is a lot of to see in this site, don't stop there for only a few minutes.We were part of an organized tour (Eshet Tours) which unfortunately was not a success.Our guide told us this camp was Mauthausen Camp which sounded to me inaccurate as the Mauthausen concentration camp complex is located in Austria, not far from Linz. It's only later that I found that this camp is the Ljubelj labor camp and is in fact one of 49 subcamps of Mauthausen.It was the only camp in Slovenian territory during the Second World War.Another disappointing failure of Eshet Tours was that we stopped there for only 15 minutes since our guide didn't think that the Museum, which was just a few minutes from this site, could be interesting. Nor did we visit the other parts of this site which are very close..Please take the time to honor this place and remember.

Zelo lepo urejeno spominsko obeležje druge svetovne vojne, na lepem mestu med gorami. Sem prideš zato, da ne pozabiš, kaj se je tu dogajalo in se pokloniš spominu na ljudi, ki so tukaj izgubili življenje med holokavstom v Mauthausnu. Okolje je zelo mirno, ob spomeniku je prijetno in urejeno počivališče. Od tukaj je lahko prijetno izhodišče za razne pohode na bližnje gore.
