Garden Rooms

Great location, clean rooms, beautiful garden. The property has its own parking place but you have to check-in first as your room card opens the parking gate too. Reception is not at the 'garden rooms' but at the 'city apartments' part of the hotel.

Tolles Hotel mit sehr schönen renovierten Zimmern. Ruhig mit einem Fläschchen Rotwein zum Empfang. Sehr gemütliches Frühstück 200m um die Ecke, wo die Rezeption ist. Sehr nettes Personal. Absolut zu empfehlen. Wenn Maribor, dann hier!

Uitstekend appartement in het centrum van maribor. Ruime kamers. Prima service en uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Het consortium heeft naast appartement ook een hotel en 2 restaurants. Vraag om toegangscode voor de toegang naar het complex want het ligt in een autoluwgebied afgesloten met pilons.

Ich war beeindruckt von dem wirklich schönen Zimmer, alles ist mit viel Liebe dekoriert bzw die Möbel wirklich toll aufeinander abgestimmt. Es ist wirklich stimmig hier.Das Frühstück war mit viel Liebe und bedacht hergerichtet. Leider war anfangs kein Tisch für uns frei und wir warteten ziemlich lange auf gekochte Eier (ca 20 min) bis wir schließlich Rühreier bestellten. Die dann aber gleich nach ein paar Minuten kamen. Die Damen waren sehr um uns bemüht und es gab eine Vielzahl an Lebensmittel für uns. Das Zimmer und das Frühstück sind ca 3min voneinander entfernt, alles liegt in Mitten Maribors.

Mold in the shower. The sink counter is made of chipped wood panel (not waterproof). It is swollen and broken. Soap and shampoo is available but, no shower cap, no cotton sticks, no room slippers, no bag, no lotion ... 4 stars for what exactly? At breakfast - tables were not cleaned after previus guests, stains of glass and food were clearly seen. Juice is as artificial as juice can get. Hygienic standards are nothing to be complemented, rather criticized. They additionall chareged me something called Promotional Tax" in the amount of 1.26€ for a one night stay. What is that? From where? Why? Nobody mentioned it and it was not seen from the booking.Overall: See the pictures and video. I am not a demanding person. But I notice things and I like to feel I am in a clean environment. Just some level of comfort and hygiene if you are claiming to be a 4-star hotel and offer something more.Meh ... I have no wish to come back. Not impressed..."

All small hotels should be modelled on this place. Run by a team of women who provide what they themselves would want from a hotel. 3 minutes' walk from the centre.

We had a wonderful night here. The rooms and the garden was clean and beautiful. The breakfast was proper. The location is perfect.

We just spent one night as we were driving from Croatia to Germany.Pros: Location is perfect for easy access to the Maribor old town. The room was comfortable, and the bed was super-comfy! A bottle of water and wine were complimentary with our stay. Breakfast was good! There is a small buffet, and they make coffee and eggs to order. Staff was friendly and helpful. Wifi was good.Nuetral: Construction currently makes it a bit hard to get to by car. Call ahead for driving and parking instructions.Cons: There was a bit of mold on the bathroom ceiling, and the AC didn't seem to be cooling much.
