I am from Rome. This winter I looked for wall wooden panels and I contacted some companies on internet. All of them were not professional, they needed a lot of time to answer and couldn't provide the details I needed to know in order to develop my project.Finally I found LUX LES DOM DEKOR and I wrote an email. Alen, the CEO, answered few hours later and was very polite and willing to be helpful. He gave me lots of information, answered to all my questions and doubts, followed the entire development of my project. We had a correspondence of more than twenty emails, and each time he replied fast and accurately. He sent me the pictures of the panels when the work was in progress and I was even sent a short video of the coloring process so that I could check that the colour was really the one I wished. Everything was sent from Slovenia to Italy and delivered on time.I asked for an insurance in case of problems due to the use of different delivery companies (slovenian and italian) and Alen could find one for a very cheap cost. Alen is great in the customer care and the panels are really beautiful and easy to assemble. My personal experience was excellent so I can say: Trust them, they're young and very professional!

V Lux Les Dom-Dekor so mi po naročilu izdelali čajno mizico iz orehovega lesa z živim robom in zaščitnim premazom z epoksi smolo, s kovinskim podnožjem. Z izdelkom sem pre-zadovoljna, krasno se je vklopila v prostor in odlično služi namenu.V podjetju so zelo odzivni, prisluhnejo vašim željam, znajo svetovati, so prilagodljivi in zanesljivi. Mizica je bila narejena in dostavljena v dogovorjenem roku (4 tedne). Toplo priporočam, sama se bom še vrnila po nekaj drugih izdelkov iz njihove zanimive ponudbe.
