Very poor customer service. Coat returned unworn within 24 hours of purchase as it is not fit for purpose. Refund refused, exchange offered but no realistic alternative products in stock. Told Slovenian law prevents them from providing a cash refund which seems unlikely. Also told I'd need to come back on another day to receive store credit. Shifty place that is best avoided!
