Lupit Pole, Pole, Aerial, Yoga and Fitness equipment

Horrible. They have not shipped in over a week. They are not answering my emails about this matter and even when I try to call them in Europe the call will not go through. Horrendous customer service and no means of contacting them.

I had a very negative experience trying to buy a pole online from Lupit Pole. Emails back and forth were no help if I ever got a response at all. I'll have to go elsewhere to buy a pole now and sell on the useless bits I have got. Felt more like a nuisance to staff than how youd treat a customer

Wir haben 7 Poles und Hoops für unser neues Studio bei Lupit Pole bestellt. Der Kund*innenservice ist effizient und sehr freundlich.Die chrome Poles mit QUick Lock system habe super Grip und sind sehr einfach zu instalieren. Es macht sehr spass mit diesen Stangen zu trainieren und arbeiten. Die Hoops sind sehr toll, da man verschiedene Optionen hat, diese zu montieren. Die Optionen 0-, single and double- point können einfach geändert werden.Auch die Crash mats sind optisch serh schön und eignenen sich super als grosse und kleine Fallfläche.Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit Produkt und der Marke.

J'ai trouvé le service client génial, je m'étais trompée dans le diamètre d'une rallonge et ils m'avaient prévenue et demandé confirmation. Une autre fois, il me manquait un pad de grippe (2 commandés 1 reçu), je les ai contactés ils m'ont renvoyé le pad manquant très rapidement.Ma pole est top, le spin est génial et elle grippe très bien si elle a été suffisamment chauffée.

J'ai commandé ma barre le 5 Août et l'ai reçu le 16 Août donc rapidement. Elle était bien emballée dans un carton spécialement conçu pour, ça évite qu'elle se balade dedans lors du transport.L'installation est rapide et facile, les informations sur la notice sont claires bien qu'elles soient en anglais.J'ai pris une barre avec les système quick lock et c'est tout simplement génial car je suis débutante et je passe souvent du mode statique au mode spinning et vice et versa.J'ai eu un petit soucis avec l'extension de la barre, le service client à été super réactif, sympa comme tout et a trouvé une solution qui allait au delà de mes espérances. Ils sont vraiment biens et je ne peux que recommander cette société car elle fait attention à ses clients.

I love Lupit Pole! Their poles in stainless steel are amazing and have a great grip. They spin so well that I have to get used to work with less momentum. The installation is very easy.The costumer service is outstanding. They are always trying to help you and to make things easy for you. Usually I've gotten responds after a few minutes. Production and shipping time is as promised or faster. You can absolutely rely on them.I would highly recommend working with Lupit Pole <3

First of all, I love, love, love my Lupit Pole (Diamond GS 45mm Stainless Steel) and accessories (e.g., Crash Mats and Grip Pad). I spent months reviewing poles to purchase. Finally, I went to a pole fitness studio where Lupit poles were used. That is when my love for the Lupit poles started. And I have not been disappointed.Customer Service deserves an A+ rating. My Crash Mats came later and Customer Service kept in-touch with me throughout the process. I heard from a number of their staff members including their leadership. They put the customer at the center of their products and services.You cannot go wrong with Lupit poles and accessories. Provided are photos. Have a happy Lupit Pole Journey!

Absolutely terrible. I ordered a pole exactly one month ago and still hasn't arrived (I live in Europe). I have been tracking the package everyday and it has been in Cyprus for 3 weeks!! When I emailed them twice they were of no help and just told me to track the package which I already have been doing myself; and on top of that told ME to call the post office. When I called the post office they asked for my name and address, meaning they didn't have my information?! This is your sign to buy from XPOLE.

Warte seit mehreren Monaten auf meine Polestange. Habe die Stange über einen Online-händler gekauft, Versand sollte über Lupitpole erfolgen. Bisher keine Informationen von Lupitpole.Edit: Lupitpole helped me to solve the Problem. Thank You very much.
