During booking it was not written anywhere that the sauna is 17 eur/person, either no one told it us during check in, in every places high room price includes the full wellness usage. the jacuzzi water is pretty cold. Dinner time starts at 6:30, we arrived there at 7:30, I was disappointed most of the food was cold and in the room I was not able to close the toalette door. They nicely renovated the bathroom, however so many water come out under the showers glass door and the toiletries are poor . We found a sock in the room so I’m not sure it was cleaned well. I view is nice but I’m disappointed with the equipments and services.

Good location but nothing else. The hotel is borderline 3 stars, and it is clear that management has set it up to milk tourists, with 2.5€ charge for 1 liter of tap water. The rooms are hot, and air conditioning does not work. Staff was annoyed we were checking in and asking questions.

The best thing is the breakfast, which is very very good. But our rooms were full of ants, the service ladies hardly understood what we wanted, the wellness" is a joke compared to any 4 star hotels."

Nice stay. Clean, newly renovated. Breakfast good. I would have added the last star if the pool area were a bit less dated. But all in all good.

I had to spend 3 nights in August with 32 degrees without air conditioning. I asked for an alternative room, that was not an option. Even a fan in the room was not possible.I was promised to get at least 20% refund (which i found unfair) and to be contacted from their management.I sent 2 emails and tried to contact them through the platform where i made my reservation, but no answer!!!!!Worst costumer service ever!!!!!

Two stars because the hotel is clean and staff is good. Otherwise, it deserves zero. There was no heating available (morning temperatures around 2 degrees), so staying, showering (oh yeah, water is lukewarm, so you can imagine how it looks like to have a shower in lukewarm water in freezing room). This seriously ruined our overall nice stay in Bled. We complained at the front desk and they told us that heating is not available in the hotel yet. It will be later in the year?!? It was already late October, and the weather war was really cold. Not something what you would expect from a 4-star hotel.

I visited in July 2023 (Temp. 33 degrees)The good points:The room itself was recently renovated and was nicely furnished. Very small bathroom. The room was clean and the lakeview very nice. The bed was comfortable.The negative points:The AC-system made a lot of noise, but was not able to cool the room to an acceptable level, so at 03:00 AM, I had to open the balcony door for some cool air. At that time there are still partygoers around, so you have to blend out some noise. So a good night's sleep was not achieved.No warm water available in the morning for showering.Bathroom sink not working properly.Regarding the negative point, the hotel is with 250€ per night way to expensive.

Overall the place is good with very good view tot he lake and castle! Swimming pool and nice green aria. I liked that there where separate big towels in the room for shower and for swimming. Clean and quiet in the rooms.

Good location close to the lake, nice terrace overlooking the lake and castle, nice breakfast.Negatives- the bathrooms are terribly dated. Bathtub edge was super high, and in the kid's room the shower tub was tiny.- pool was empty first days ... They filled it later but with icecold water. Even after 3 days water was colder than the lake ...- personnel not very knowledgeable about hiking routes, etc but have maps to giveAll in all for the price (we paid 209 euros 1st week of July) you can get better in Park hotel (similar price) or a bit more expensive Grand Hotel Toplice which has a private beach and nice indoor pool...

We had a very pleasant stay, our room was clean and properly equppied with a beautiful view of the lake which is only a few minutes walk from the hotel. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The receptionists are very kind and helpful. We would happily return another time☺️
