HOTEL SOČA

We booked 12 rooms here, and asked for CC deposit. When checked out, they charged my CC €200 for a broken balcony door (they said) which was bogus for us. The balcony door was solid metal, no way a person could have breaking it. Sadly, we already long gone when they charĝed it. We never know whats really happen.

Fantastic two night stay in august 2023. Loads of activities can be organized at front desk. The rooms are nicely designed, very comfortable beds and nice showers. Will unquestionably here again when back in the valley (which is truly a heavenly place).

We spent 6 nights in the hotel and our experience was excellent. All the staff were exceptionally friendly and couldn't do enough to help us. Special mention to Dimitar in the restaurant who made sure we had a special breakfast with a smile every morning. Overall it was a fabulous experience in a beautiful hotel in the most beautiful setting. Looking forward to returning asap. Imelda & John from Ireland

Great hotel amazing service rooms are very clean and the breakfast is good

the hotel is very modern and clean! staff is super friendly and they are really trying to make your stay a positive experience. especially the guy helping with breakfast is super nice! the gym is rather small but there are so many outdoor activities, so it doesn‘t really matter. dog friendly. dogs aren‘t allowed in the breakfast area, but other than that they are welcomed. only downside is the coffee machine in the breakfast area.

This hotel is located in the beautiful Soca Valley. It is great as a starting point for excursions, exploring and expeditions.Unfortunately, the hotel is advertising itself quite misleading. The Spa area is really small, poorly maintained and you can only use it 1 hour per day / per room. Same is true for the fitness area. The equipment is not well maintained, poorly located and all in all not really usable.Our room was sufficient, but the shower was flooding the whole bath, 2 lamps were not working and the mirror (they call it a smart mirror) started playing music in the middle of the night. Pillows were horrible.The breakfast is OK, but nothing more. The staff is somewhat friendly, but honestly not really helpful when not dealing with standard requests.All in all, this place is not keeping up with it's high price per night.

Cozy bed, amazing views, really good breakfast (except for the coffee). Also enjoyed private spa with sauna on rooftop - reservation recommended prior to arriving.

We stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights. The staff of the hotel is very friendly ! You can use the sauna privately for 1 hour every day. There is also a jacuzi available with a view on the mountains its really beautiful. What makes this place even better is the cook! The breakfast that he serves is really tasty and there is a lot of variety. He is a very warm person that clearly does his job with a passion! He always says that it is his job to make your stay beautiful, and he does! Lots of compliments for him! (And for his chocolate cakes!) Also, you get a discount if you want to go for zipline or any other sport activities they offer. I highly recommend this place! We stayed here with our dog :)

Very kind and helpful staff made our stay special with small gifts and useful advice, although we already know the area, we got to know it even better.The hotel is beautiful, stylish, fits in surrounding natural area.We stayed in junior suite that was very spatious. Beds, also sofa bed for kids, were very comfortable.They had lovely Christmas decoration.Cream on the top is the fireplace in the lobby.The breakfast had quality food, a lot of it local.We also used sauna in the 3rd floor that was absolutely great retreat.Thank you again for the chance to enjoy such beautiful architecture and kind staff!

It's not possible to book a room for 3 adult persons, so the adult daughter has to book another room, even though the family suit has 5 beds. Shame
