Czyste i przestronne apartamenty. Lokalizacja rewelka. W samym centrum nad rzeczką, przy depataku. Wszędzie blisko.Na oddzielne dobre słowo zasługuje obsługa. Weseli ludzie, zawsze gotowi pomóc.

Very nice apartment in a good location. Good value for money. We had a corner room overlooking the river. Light flooded in and made our room feel even brighter. Surprisingly quiet with good soundproofing. No breakfast facility but there are more than enough choices around the hotel or just a very short walk away. We arrived in Ljubljana at the central bus station and the hotel is an easy and interesting short walk away.

This place is extremely clean, and well-furnished. It's also perfectly located, and 2 minutes away from mostly everything. You can't be more central really. The staff is cool and welcoming, the WIFI works seamlessly and well enough for a business need, and the apartment has it all : switches for every lightbulb with main controllers to shutdown everything with a click, a warm and cozy shower, soap and shampoo, tea with sugar, and a water boiler, TV, and sockets everywhere for one's equipments. All in all, a perfect place to stay in Ljubjana, at what seemed an affordable price.

Das Beste an der Unterkunft ist die Lage. Mitten in der Innenstadt, von zahlreichen hervorragenden Lokalen umgeben. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hat gute Tipps für Besichtigungen. Die Ausstattung ist sehr einfach und hat schon bessere Zeiten gesehen. Für ein oder zwei Nächte aber OK und die Heizung hat gut funktioniert. Das Bad bietet zwar Schimmelflecken aber auch eine Fußbodenheizung. Eingangsbereich und Treppenhaus teilt sich die Unterkunft mit einem Hostel.

Perfecte locatie voor 1-2 dagen in deze stad. Parkeren op loopafstand, leuk gelegen aan de rivier. Appartement zelf behoorlijk basic en wat verouderd, met afgebladderde verf en een kapotte douchestang bijvoorbeeld, maar met goede bedden en het was schoon. Beetje jammer wel; kan een opknapbeurt gebruiken. Er was een airco, wat wenselijk was (begin aug) maar die hing op een nutteloze plek, in het halletje tussen de badkamer en de slaapkamer, waardoor je er eigenlijk niets aan hebt. Prijs-kwaliteit wel OK, met name door de locatie.

Meiner Meinung nach etwas zu teuer aber wenn man die Lage mitten in der Altstadt betrachtet, umgeben von den ganzen Restaurants und Bars ist es schon in Ordnung.Wir hatten ein Zimmer im dritten Stock und hatten bei geschlossen Fenster keinerlei Lärm von der Stadt mitbekommen. Das Zimmer an sich war sehr sauber, könnte etwas moderner sein.

Our room was very comfortable, spacious and very quiet. The hotel is central, surrounded with many restaurants, bars and cafes. The front desk staff were super helpful and friendly.Kollmann apartments and Adhoc Hostel are the same business, offering private rooms or shared hostel space. Would definitely recommend the place and would stay again.

The rooms were spacious and had amazing view over the river. The property is located downtown just a few minutes walk from every major point. The staff was friendly.The nearest parking are is 10m walk, which made it a bit hard to move our luggage but the same applies for all properties in the old part of the city. Moreover, within the property there is no elevator.We booked a double bed but we got two singles next to each other with double sheets. They could at least provide a double topper.
