The support is somewhat ok but they never tell you what they do just that they supposedly make some changes to your devices. I had to basically throw away 2 of their products. The Bridge and the Home box. They both seem to lose random connection to their servers. They attempted to fix it but it does not work. So the judgment for me is that its very unreliable product so I switched back to my Gira direct connection. They cloud connection seems to be better but the hardware is rubish

Der Support ist unterirdisch. Nichtssagende Auskünfte oder sinnlose Nachfragen. Antwortzeit beträgt teils mehrere Tage.Mein Gerät funktioniert nicht und ich habe seit mehr als einer Woche keine Lösung. Support meldet sich gar nicht mehr. Telefonisch ist kein Support möglich - Nie wieder!
