Fraud.Took a car. Paid extra for maximal protection and insurance. Returned it without any damage.After all, they didn’t send an invoice. And returned half of the deposit only. Now they just don't respond.Better avoid

We were very impressed with the process of hiring a car with Sixt in Koper and then returning to Ljubljana, Slovenia. First and foremost, the customer service was five stars.A very warm and friendly team, who definitely put the customer first, which is rare for hire car companies.The car was spotless and very reliable, and all pre-existing damage was documented to avoid any confusion on drop-off. We had the car for eight days, travelling around Slovenia.When dropping the car off at the train station you do need to be aware of the car park to drop the car and then the Sixt office is actually located on the train platform, so you need to enter the station.I definitely recommend using Sixt for your car hire.

Не работающий терминал.Заказываешь гольф класс универсал предлагают t-roc в котором плохой задний ряд и меньший багажник. Попытался что-то говорить про более высший класс. В результате нашли октавию которая пол часа была в мойке. Не рекомендую. Долго и проблемотичноPS. В итоге я получил грязную машину (после мойки). Во время движения на педаль сцепления упал блок управления. А у пассажира отвалилось зеркало при попытке открыть его.Это ужас. Не рекомендую! Уверен компания попытается забрать с меня денег

Rented a car in Ljubljana. While picking up i did an inspection of the car with the lady from Sixt at Ljubljana Airport. There was small damage (scratches) on the hubcaps on the passenger side. I pointed that out and the lady said that was not important and that it was superficial. I returned the car properly and i am one hundred percent certain i didn't cause damage to the hubcaps or anywhere else on the car. Now they send me a report claiming i caused the damage on the hubcaps with pictures (added to this post) of the same damage i pointed out during the pick up. Damage that is hardly visible. These people are scammers. Really nasty and i am defenitly going the seak legal support for this.There is a storm of reviews about Sixt Ljubljana Airport claiming people have caused damages on Google and Trust Pilot. Please taken them seriously and don't rent a car here. This is absurd.

Avoid rental from this company. They will attempt to charge you for minor damages you did not cause.After a brief rental period of 3 days in Ljubljana, we returned our car in the exact same condition as we received it.A week or so later, I received an email telling me the car had been damaged (a small scratch on the rear of the vehicle) and that I would have to pay for the repair. Fortunately, I had taken photographs of the vehicle at the beginning of our rental that proved the scratch was there already, which dismissed this case. Yet, if I had missed this tiny scratch and not taken a photo (something that would have been very easy to do), I would have had to pay hundreds of euros for damage that I did not cause. And going by many similar reviews on here, it seems this is a common business practice Sixt manipulatively employ to unfairly extract more money from customers renting their vehicles.I was willing to overlook the fact that our car was only ready 1 hour later than our collection time, and that the car collection/drop-off location was practically a construction site. But receiving this damage claim was one step too far, and completely soured the experience. Not only that, but there was no effort to rectify the situation afterwards beyond an email telling me the claim had been dropped.I’m aware I’m one of the lucky ones who fortunately had proof that the damage was not caused during our rental, but I wanted to share my experience as a warning to other potential customers: Be prepared, these guys will try to charge you for tiny damages that you didn’t cause.My advice; rent elsewhere!
