Comfortable rooms at a really convenient location. However, like many hotels in Europe, the AC will not kick in until the room is at least 27 degrees C. I cannot sleep if the room is 23 or more so this is a no. Fortunately I visited when the weather was decent. Do not visit in summer!

Overpriced for the quality and service. I think the hotel was not refurbished for quite some time. It had its peak time probably around 2000 and since then not much happened and really old interior. It has a bit a post sovjet-communist atmosphere.Good was the space in the suite we booked, but very expensive for the quality. Good is also the central location.Horrible is the parking. The super small parking garage was overcrowded despite the guidance system showed plenty of free parking lots. The staff didn't give the impression to care and was in general not very friendly - expect one nice service person at the breakfast (i think she was from the Philippines).Breakfast was ok and as expected from a 4 star hotel.

Room is nice, though aircon is a bit underwhelming (and in plenty of hotels I've just had to turn it off because it's too strong). Place is nice and clean.Breakfast nice, very big seating area.Didn't have spare toothpaste (my weird test for hotels).Location is great.

Great location and the rooms was super clean and good. It felt a bit rushed to be finished, as in the whole Toilet felt loose and the soap tray was hanging off the wall as it was a stick-and-go kind of tray, but I loved the look of the interior overall, colours, lighting, wood and good taste.The breakfast wasn't our cup of tea" so to say

I was very satisfied with my 4-night stay in this hotel. I was slightly worried because of recent bad reviews, but I had a good experience. Especially the breakfast buffet was great. I'm used to not many vegetarian options, but there were plenty! I got upgraded to a suite, the bed, bath and view were great. The only negative points were that I had to ask for a kettle and there was no fridge. The location is great. I would stay here again.

Stayed there for one night on our way to France. The room seemed a bit like it needed a bit of attention, especially the bathroom. We didn't had a mini fridge in the room but we found there 3 waters and some tea/3 in 1 coffees as a gift which was nice. It is close to the center and very convenient to walk there. There is free parking in front of the hotel which they block and make you park at the underground and the parking is 19 euros/night. The entrance is pretty tight with a large suv. The breakfast is super good and lots of diversity. Overall recommend it.

Run down hotel in a great location...very unfriendly unhelpful arrogant front desk staff... generally would not recommend...our rooms air conditioning did not work at all...room was tiny and rubbish in room and bathroom from previous guests still there...cups with one berry tea and one coffee sachets but no kettle ..no wash cloths.. random toiletries (never replaced) one of our party the toilet did not work and front desk couldn't have cared less and told them just to go down to the lobby and use those toiletsQuite disgusting....for the prices they are charging ....Their brochures boast fresh clean modern rooms....what a joke....stay somewhere else!

Great location, very good breakfast, nice staff. The only surprise is the shower in the glass block in the middle in the room. It takes time to get used to it if you share room with someone you don't usually live.

We tried two rooms. Both smelled of cleaners and were well worn. Floors 6 and 7 in need of renovation. No fridge in one room and toilet did not flush properly in the other. No other rooms were available, so we did not stay overnight.
