Me and my family stayed at the cabin and the hosts made us feel very welcomed. The cabin is very old and conveniently located next to the road toward the waterfall. Our kids loved the area and there was plenty to do esp as the lake is a 5 mins walk away.We had a wonderful holiday and will come again. Thanks

We spent a few days here with our dog - it really is a fairytale place, perfect for anyone who wants to find some peace and spend time in nature. The location is also perfect - you can walk down to the lake (5 min), have the whole cabin to yourself, and literally stay right next to the forest and lots of beautiful hiking trails. The cabin as such is a gem. It is spacious, well equipped and very nicely furnished. The owners are a lovely couple, always available and did a great job organizing our stay at the cabin. We will definitely be back again!

We spent a few days here in Aug and had a wonderful holiday. Our hosts were very helpful and the location for us was perfect.We did have a few wildlife visitors during the day and night, but guess it’s part of the national park.Highly recommended and will come again!

A perfect getaway from the fast turning world, the magnificent mountains and the serenity of lake Bohinj, and breath taking moments in the beauty of pristine nature. I had a little winter retreat, daily walks around the lake and to waterfall Savica. The cottage has it all, the comfort, space and warmth by the original tile furnace. I loved every moment of my stay and will for sure return. Thank you to my wonderful and friendly hosts. I highly recommend this hidden gem.

BE VERY CAREFUL, stay away! We booked this cabin in May 2022 for our honeymoon through Airbnb and the hosts tried to cheat money on us. They claimed that we had thrown a glass or mug through the wc (?!?!?) and that we broke a tap and they claimed 1.400 euros from us! Obviously they didn't have any proof (only pictures they did themselves after we left, probably staged). They managed to get the 1.200 from Airbnb (not from us, obviously). The cabin manager" reviewed the cabin upon us leaving and everything was fine (and we even took a video of everything before we left)
